I absolutely love shawarma, and have had excellent chicken shawarma around and outside of the US. Unfortunately my high expectations for Athena were not quite met, and left a little to be desired. The chicken was a little dry. It was still good, and had I never had shawarma before, Iâd say the flavor was excellent. The service was good and the atmosphere was appropriate for the style of cuisine and gave off a good family vibe. The tiramisu dessert was just average. Iâd probably go somewhere else next time. I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. It will help us improve and make adjustments where necessary. We do apologize that your expectations were not met. We strive to give our customers the best quality food and most enjoyable dining experience. If there are any other issues that need to be addressed, now or in the future, please do not hesitate to contact our manager. We gladly thank you for the four stars as well. I would love to be able to tell you how the food was, but after sitting in the restaurant for 15 and watching the waitress flirt with the gentlemen at the table next to us. We realized she was not going to acknowledge us or be waiting on us. She passed us by 3-4 times, so we just left.

Fresh food in an up beat vibe environment. The Greek food options are many with daily specials. Student discounts with a valid ID. I ordered the grilled Salmon on Mediterranean salad. It was very good! I'll be back for sure!
