Tap is always running water, the pipes are old and probably made of iron so the water is kinda, so a bit disgusting. Old noisy fridge, the bed was not that great but the air conditioning was good. Breakfast was ok, not that many choices but good. There is free parking but be patient because the garage is chaotic...

Everything on a walking distance, you just leave the car with the valet and walk around, city is flat, no problems for wheelchairs or disables. Clean, safe and beautiful

Reviewed By 944wandersThis condo has a few apartments that are set aside for rental, but the majority are regular residential summer apartments. The pools, playground and tennis courts are nice are extremely clean and well maintained, but I’m not sure about the indoor facilities like the toy library and game room. They’re nice and can be used only by reservation and the hotel claims it is cleaned after each family has used it. There is no all meals included in the hotel, so the restaurant serves a good yet limited breakfast and the other meals are charged directly by the restaurant (very pricey btw) which has very good fish dishes. The beach services are very limited to assembling the chairs and some complementary water. While convenient, the chairs and sun guard should be placed further apart during COVID pandemic sanitary rules. But the beach is very close and mostly reserved for the local condos and hotels, but technically it is not a private beach. The apartment is nice, clean but the unit we were in had very old furniture and appliances. The manager claimed was the last one left for renovation. The staff is nice, but again offer very limited services. Overall was a very nice stay, but given the prices charged I was expecting more from the hotel services.

Reviewed By t1908Costa Praia is a small hotel with an excellent location if you want to do absolutely nothing and just relax. The hotel has a small pool and a small restaurant that serves the pool and the beach. The restaurant's menu is very limited and if you wish to have something different you need to drive around 15 minutes to Riviera to the shopping centre where you can find few restaurants or along the motorway towards the shopping centre that serves fish. Not the best but not bad. The rooms are not the best and the wi-fi barely works. Forget about 3G or 4G. There is no signal. So if you are mad about keeping in touch you may have a problem! Cleaning is also not 100%. When I had my room cleaned, the toilet paper was not replaced, there was hair in the drain and the flat sheet on my daughter's bed was not replaced. The TV doesn't work properly either. The room has good air con and good views to the beach and pool. The beach is amazing and clean. The staff are friendly but the service is very slow. Check in and check out are very slow. Still, it is a nice place to relax!

OBS.Cedemos kit cozinha (pratos, talheres, copos e panelas) e kit limpeza (rodo,vassoura,pa lixo,pano limpeza,pano prato),todas as unidades sao do mesmo tamanho , temos pessoal de plantao para atendimento.

Reviewed By MaryKMcDGood things 1. Location. It's literally across the street from the beach. It's also of walking distance to downtown Guaruja. However, I wouldn't suggest walking at night. 2. Staff. The staff were polite and helpful although one of them admitted to not knowing English, so it may be suitable to many foreigners. I was lucky to be with a Brazilian who could communicate. 3. The rooms themselves are nice...roomy, nice shower, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. 4. The breakfast was good. Bad things 1. The safe didn't work. We were told someone would come and fix it, but they didn't. 2. If you check out the reviews on booking.com, you will see complaints about the barking dog. This is true. It must belong to someone who lives on the property because it's very loud and barked a lot. 3. The double beds aren't real double beds. They are two single beds put together. They were firm too, so if laying in the middle, you will feel the seams. 4. The most disappointing thing were the stains on the bedspread. I also found a long hair on the sheet. Housekeeping needs to improve. The hotel was okay. It wouldn't be worth the price if it weren't for the location. Most likely, I won't be staying there again.

Do not book this hotel the worse place we've ever stayed
Reviewed By SheenafromperthSub standard apartment with kitchen with barely enough utensils to make a sandwich. The 2 ladies in charge of reception very very rude, rest of staff at least tried to be helpful but did not speak any English. They took an extra payment from our credit card and led us to believe it would be sorted out when we arrived there which it wasn't. Then after we checked out they took an another payment for linen at higher cost than we were quoted, wouldn't mind if they didn't already owe us for the extra payment but the linen you would not even put in your dog basket. Trust me do not stay here, truly awful place.
