Reviewed By Tom BVery unique place to stay, great place to meet people. Made me forget about the rest of the island. You can stay in a boat, a combi or a cool tent. The food is pretty good. I don’t drink much but all the drinks were very good. All kind of gringos are here

Reviewed By Colby CThis hostel provides exactly the kind of experience that it advertises. A lively environment where you can meet lots of people, party, and enjoy the natural surroundings. It was cleaned daily and the staff was incredibly helpful at all hours of the day with anything you needed. The food and drinks are great as well as the daily events advertised and hosted by the hostel and it’s partner “Let’s Go.” If you’re looking for more peace and quiet, this isn’t the place, but if you’re looking for an exciting and inviting hostel, this is it.

They go above and beyond to help you wether it is to give you directions to the best beaches and places to eat in Ubatuba or just simple things like making sure you're comfortable. Definitely going back soon!

Reviewed By macaroannaThe hostel itself isn't bad, but it is extremely far from the city, which wasn't very obvious when we booked it. The breakfast was great but charging extra for AC in Brazil it's a bit mean. I guess groups can have super fun here if they arent interested in seeing the city. the beach nearby is small and chill and there are some shops and a restaurant nearby but one can't really ask for variety and having a car for staying here is absolutely a must. No parking for the cars though. Wifi was free but really really bad.

Reviewed By B8B3I stayed one night at this hotel with my brother and parents. We only needed a bed and roof over our head between our arrival with bus from Santos in the evening until departure with bus to Paraty the next day. The hotel standard was far below what I would think of as a typical three star western european hotel, but it did offer what we needed. The staff was friendly, and the location seemed to be very good (I did not have the time to get to know Caraguatatuba) close to the beach and a small and cosy street with shops and cafés. This was by far the most affordable Hotel we stayed at during our three week stay in Brasil. The location was good, the staff friendly and the breakfast was decent. The standard was far below the comfort we enjoy at home, but it did serve our purpose, and considering the price we did not expect a luxurious stay.

Reviewed By ivolucioI am not very demanding when it comes to accommodation in the beach because I know it is hard to keep it very clean. That’s why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 only. At this moment it is 5AM and me and my girl cannot sleep because the bed is simply a wooden box covered by bed sheets, difficult even to move because the sensation is that you are sleeping on the floor. We were joking that we believe that even in jail you get a better bed. The room was superficially clean but we did not find it pleasant. The room was smelly and to many bugs biting us all night long. The location is not bad across the beach but nothing much to do in the area. I see they overprice it in Booking.com, if I compare the rates I got by being Genius, the rates displayed in Booking and the rates they were saying to few people in the reception, we realized that if you pay more than 120 reais for this place you are being ripped off. I won’t come back there but if I had paid some 60/70 reais maybe we would expect the quality we got and would give one more star in this review. We found a small crab in the room but that was at least funny to see my girl freaking out. The internet does not work but we were informed upfront in the reception that internet was poor.

Reviewed By BurbazWhat is the feeling to have a complete hotel just for you, we stayed at Naan during weekdays between two holidays and we are the only guest at the hotel for four days! This is our second stay at Naan, the staff was great giving us a lot of attention, the hot swimming pool it was available day and night. Located around 300m from the beach with beach gear to borrow. Simple but very good breakfast, very well conserved and clear rooms and private parking lot. Looks like we will keep coming back... Cheers Naan!

One of the best options in Ubatuba

They are really care about their clients, they are so friendly and they give you the best tips to explore Ubatuba in a good and safety way. They also have an amazing breakfast and they cook fanstastic food if you want to eat there for lunch or dinner. Sergio also is an athlete and he knows different activities and sports to practice in Ubatuba (hikking, running, biking, etc.). Its more than a Hostel, more than a restaurant...they are really care about the hole experience in the town.
