Located on the edge of Lagoa da Conceicao in Florianopolis, less than 1 km the Lagoa downtown, the Hotel Saint Germain offers good structure and comfort for its guests, besides a beautiful view of Lagoa da Conceicao. A 20-minute drive from the city center, the hotel is 4 km from the famous beaches Joaquina and Mole. The recreational facilities of the Hotel Saint Germain has a pool, grill, space for sports and playground, besides a small area fitness center with treadmill, bike, fitness and abdominal equipment. In the pond in front of the pier, have excellent condition for canoeing (free kayaks) and stand up paddle. Guests can opt for apartments or chalets, all options are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, refrigerator, full kitchen, Internet, wi-fi, telephone and balcony. The hotel also offers breakfast, already included in daily, and parking free. It has an attached restaurant with Galeteria Meats and Noble. Next to hotel are numerous restaurants with regional cuisine, highlighting the famous sequences of Lagoa da Conceicao shrimp.
No exactly what we were hoping for
Reviewed By Pammm67We had reservation to stay November 13 through November 25. However, instead we stayed at this hotel from November 13 and checked out November 22. The full cost was charged as they had a no cancellation policy. We did not insist on a refund for the last 3 days. The Hotel says they have WiFi, but it is essentially unusable as it is too slow to be functional. The reason we left early is because of a problem at the Hotel. On Monday, November 20, we were given a written notice that the water would be turned off on Monday night and remain off until Tuesday evening. We accepted that. On Tuesday we were told that instead it would occur in Tuesday night and be off until Wednesday evening. We decided that that was too much unpredictability (we also saw three apparently clueless plumbers working on the leaky pipe near the Hotel office) and checked out on Wednesday and moved to a lovely hotel further away. The hotel worker at Saint Germain complained that we shouldn’t leave just because there was no water! On the positive side, we enjoyed the location, the grounds, and chocolate cake for breakfast.

The Studios do Barão is a small hostel with only eight bungalows spreaded in a Atlantic Forest reserve, only 400 meters from the sea of Praia do Rosa Beach, a special place in South Brazil, with a nice gastronomic net and good conditions for surfing, kite-surfing, trekking and relaxing.

The rooms had a wonderful view over one of the lakes of the area and the "mata atlântica", which it feels like you're practically living inside. The owner, Rogério, also lives at the pousada and chats with the visitors every day, giving a very personal experience. The rest of the staff is very service-minded and nice. Great breakfast and rooms and other areas were clean and tidy. Comparing with the other B&B:s around the cost/benefit is very good. Unfortunately we left earlier than planned, but only because of the whether when we visited wasn't the best. Additionally, Praia do Rosa get practically empty Monday-Wednesday during the low season.

Pousada Container. Studios completos para casal próximo ao mar. Os apartamentos oferecem ar-condicionado, cama casal, banheiro, cozinha e comodidades adicionais como roupas de cama e banho. Além disso os apartamentos possuem isolamento térmico e acústico. Ficamos a 400 metros do mar.

Ao entrar em contato com o telefone disponível fui informado que o check in só poderia ser realizado até as 20 horas, diferente do site . Tive que ir em busca de outra pousada com minha esposa grávida . Ficamos decepcionados com o descaso

A great home away from home.
Reviewed By Randy AIf you are like me, from the praries of North America it is hard to fathom the immensity of a "trip to the beach in Brasil". The beach areas are like cities away from the cities. Before you arrive at the fabulous beaches you want to ensure you are staying in a comfortable and secure place for the whole family. A Cabana at Pousada Port Belo provided just that. We were 5 and fit just right into our little cottage. Everything we needed was supplied and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It helped of course that my wife is a Brazilian. We could walk to the beach or to the main street of Bombinhas from the Pousada. We could drive within minutes to a number of wonderful beaches in the area. Fortunately we choose the perfect time to be there for 5 days - we left the peninsula on the 24th; there is only one 2 lane access highway and it can get backed up and jammed for hours! The Brazilians head in masse to the beach on the 25th. Back to the Pousada... the breakfast was good, the property clean and organised and the pool area very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at Porto Belo.

Perfect stay
Reviewed By MarianneHH2020We had a perfect stay in one of the very new apartments of Jurere Rural. We loved waking up to the beautiful island view from our spacious balcony. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished and provided us with everything we needed including a washing machine. It’s a very quiet and safe area. If you don’t like cycling or walking it’s better to rent a car, since most of the restaurants and bars and the beach are a bit further away. There is enough parking space on the property. The hosts, Marcelo and Claudia, helped us with everything we needed and were also always available via Whatsapp! (We had many questions) we would always come back! Highly recommended!
