I have stopped here a number of times in the last couple of months to grab something to eat. I am surprised at the consistently un-friendly service and also very mediocre food. This is very unlike most KFC's I have visited. Please note that this review is about the KFC in Onverwacht and not the branch in Ellisras proper.

The food was limited and poor, portions small quality not great at all, half of meal returned. The coffee was great, the people serving friendly and efficient, won't be visiting again. Real pity, normally wimpy is never wow, but you are always sure of a minimum standard

This place is a lot smaller than the UK counter-part, although we did go to a bigger Nando's in Jo'burg. Food was great, Mozam Paprika is an awesome taste for the chicken and overall had a very satisfying dinner here. Walked over from Warmbaths resort.

The service, hearing, reading and waitering skills are either very little or none-existence. Spur need to train staff to yake orders diligently, repeat back the order concisely with proper verbal communication. Startards are dropping far too quickly.
