Been coming to the Alps for 30 years
Up the mountain, kind of got used to rip off prices and miserable service
This place today broke the mold
We ate upstairs in the restaurant (there's self revive downstairs - which was busy,we were the only people having waiter service!)
Food and wine were great - fondue Savoyarde and steak hache for the kids
Franks copious carafes of the house red and found room for some decent desserts - my cafe gourmande was top notch
But it was the friendly and charming service which just lifted the place to another level
My absolute compliments
Think the bill came to 110 euros with tip which is also a lot cheaper than most places this week too

We went here for a friends and family dinner. Waiters speak good english - friendly service. Decent menu and decent standard of food - a bit limited for vegetarians. Too so long to come get bill paid we went to the bar to pay. Otherwise...MoreGood Morning, We thank you for sharing your review with the tripadvisor community, for the bill, we always send our guest at the bar to pay, it's more easier for everybody, Waiting for the pleasure to receive you agin soon in our restaurant, Best Regards,

Clarisse, ancienne championne martiniquaise de kilometre lance vous accueille avec le sourire et sa bonne humeur, midi et soir, pour vous proposer une cuisine savoyarde notamment une fondue aux cepes qui vaut le detour.
This was definitely the best restaurant that we did in les arcs: the food was delicious and there was a large choice of dishes and the atmosphere very agreeable. The service was a great and the chef also came to check if we enjoyed the dinner at the end of the evening. I definitely recommend!

Myself and 2 others ate here 1 night during our week in les arcs. We didn't know what to expect and we were definitely pleasantly surprised.
We were promptly seated and served drinks, the menu was quite varied and had plenty of choice, between us we had fondue, and a couple of meat dishes and all our meals were lovely. We didn't wait very long for our meals either. Overall the food was great.
As the evening continued we had quite a few drinks, we were served two rounds of shots on the house and the music in the resteraunt was great (later on).
We paid nearly €180 between 3 of us, this included 5 or 6 drinks each plus shots, also 4 main courses and 3 Deserts.
Overall a really good experience all round and I would definitely go back.

Located In Ski Resort Of Les Coches
What a discovery! For a group of 10 we were accommodated with a warm, and wonderful welcome. Everything was faultless and nothing was too much effort. The food was excellent. We had pierrade du boeuf and then chocolate fondu, with endless salad and chips. Very welcoming and appreciative of international visitors.

Came here for a lunch ski stop today!
Greeted and sat down at a table immediately even though restaurant was very busy and they didnt have loads of staff!
Drink orders were took i ordered a lovely hot chocolate that came with loads of fresh whipped cream, other drink orders were the usual, beer or tea!
We ordered two pizzas, one side order of chips, croque monsieur (cheese toastie) that came with chips! All large portions and fresh homemade pizzas...all delicious!
And what really made experience lovely was super friendly staff and traditional surroundings! And bill was under 70€ for 6 people! Would recommend.

Brilliant service here. Waiter very friendly and meals were brought to us quickly. During our meal we were asked if we wanted any more drinks and when we refused we were offered a jug of water which I thought was a nice gesture! Delicious spaghetti carbonara and large portions. My boyfriend had a raclette burger and thought that was delicious too and the chips were out of this world. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. And the dog (Jounah) is so cute!! ❤

This award winning chef personally supervises his kitchen and his wife offers a cheery welcome to guests and serves. The fare consisted of three differently priced menus with a strong focus on meat or fish. Texture, balance and colour was carefully chosen. Note though that there are no vegetarian options. Even though I gave notice, an unimaginative vegetable starter and mushroom omelette were the only dishes proffered.
It was cold and snowy when we went, but the restaurant is in a small alpine village with a Terrace overlooking the valley, so I imagine that warmer days and evenings outside would be a big draw.
The restaurant is well signed from Aime. It is very small so make sure you book!
I notice that it is possible to stay here but I check this out.

Really excellent food - and not just Savoyarde specialities - at this small restaurant. First rate steak, beef, ribs etc; lamb, chicken and I think fish also on the menu. Huge portions. Plus the usual fondues. Great and friendly service. Cheapest wine is around Euro20 (no pichets). Recommended.
