Excellent. Very difficult to fault, we really enjoyed visiting and eating in this amazing restaurant.
Banana shake was perfect.
Before the starter, arrived some freshly baked bread with sesame seeds
Bruschetta was fresh, the bread toasted perfectly with fresh tomatoes and was delicious
Sea bass was cooked to perfection, slightly crunchy and came with spaghetti
The service was impeccable.
Fantastic ambience. Simple design but best left to be experienced.

In my opinion the best restaurant in Shangri La Mactan resort. It serves fresh fish everyday, I especially recommend the Lapu-Lapu. Good selection of wines as well. Good service. Recommended

Acqua was our favourite restaurant at the Shangri-La Cebu, the other restaurants were really nice but the high quality pasta and the delicious pizza made a difference, fresh produce, great waiting staff and a real Italian chef made our dinners truly enjoyable, I had the Black Tagliolini with Creamy Crab Meat Sauce and the next night Fettuccelle with Truffle and Porcini Mushroom Cream Sauce... Both were 10 out of 10... my son says the spaguetti bolognese is 15 out of 15 :o)

It made our night wonderful. We came with no reservation and almost closing. Anyhow, they accommodated our group without giving us a cut off time.
It was my first time in that restaurant so choosing of food took us a while. Well, it's worth the price and time; among our best choice was the Peking duck that was served in 3 different menu. I loved it!

The facilities and meals were also good, but the staff were more wonderful than that. I used the restaurant at my wife's birthday . The staff members gathered and celebrated the bright birthday brightly. We are grateful that I could spend a wonderful time.

I’ll keep this simple:
Plus points:
- Great staff especially Ray who was always attentive and hard working.
- Food was nice
Negative points:
- small beach so you can’t walk around
- Twice our room was not replenished with toiletries and from there onwards we had to write a note asking for these
- room was not made after coming back at night from a day trip to the city mall
I will give this hotel 6/10

My friend and I accidently found this restaurant while we are checking the food around. My friend from Switzerland finally could taste home food. Especially his mom is from Italy, we both miss Swiss food. Too bad that we couldn't see the chef himself but the daughter. I was surprised by her german, that she could introduce the food Welland talk to me in various topics also advice me where to go. There are various of food that I would wanna try. I also have to mention the portion is really big. The price really worth it. The pizza and the spaghetti recommend recommend. I wish I could stay here longer.

The place is really a 5-star. Very elegant. I went there with my friends and we enjoyed much, especially the food, entertainment, and the jacuzzi. The staff was really accomodating, especially "Maricon" she satisfied us with her service and she was so amazing. She felt us that nothing compares Ibiza Restaurant. Kudos!
