Landau, or Landau in der Pfalz, is an autonomous (kreisfrei) town surrounded by the Südliche Weinstraße ("Southern Wine Route") district of southern Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is a university town (since 1990), a long-standing cultural centre, and a market and shopping town, surrounded by vineyards and wine-growing villages of the Palatinate wine region. Landau lies east of the Palatinate forest, Europe's largest contiguous forest, on the German Wine Route.

Very good restaurant good food and nice place
All the staff I meet there speak Italian at the lunch they serve some different kind of pasta and you can have a very quick and good lunch choosing from the daily menu or a la carte
The pasta is very good and Italian cooked the only difference is the coffee to long for Italian people but the can make in Italian style if you ask to the “boss” a really Italian coffee.
what a pity for The location is good for quickly lunch but the industrial zone of Landau is not the place where invite someone for dinner

Wir lieben dieses Kleinod und Botschafter der Norddeutschen Küche in der Südpfalz. Das Restaurant ist recht klein, aber man wird hier immer belohnt mit tollem, leckeren und sehr gutem Essen. Wer Fisch liebt ist hier genau richtig. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr freundlich, hier wird mit Leidenschaft gekocht und bewirtet.

We had dinner as a group and the service and food was very good.
Large portions and we'll cooked.
Our salmon had 3 pieces when used to one but so good it was easy to finish.
Wonderful night and staff coped easily with large group.

The mixture makes it! situated in a half-timbered house, furnished with modern decor - offering regional specialties, fresh seasonal cuisine and classic dishes - served by young, affable staff with traditionalle hospitality > dining at Brennofen's was a thoroughly enjoyable pleasure!

Blum serves excellent value for money food combined with a truly friendly service. The restaurant is located within the Frank-Loebsche house and in the summer provides a wonderful setting. Highly recommended and the Owner speaks good English.

I am a foreigner living in Germany since almost 2 years. I have tried alot of indian restaurants around Germany. I have to admit it, Indien Tandoori restaurant is the best possible indian food you can find in Germany. The food is simply delicious. The waiters are always friendly, something that is queit rare here in Germany and the costs is reasonable as well. This restaurant is a must to visit, when you are in landau. :)

If you want to just relax and enjoy a cup of coffe or tea with family or friends, this is the place to go. Weather permitting, sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air is quite relaxing.

Nice restaurant with patio dining area, very peaceful environment. On the menu local ingredients with a twist (sometimes Asian, or mediterranean) and good selection of local Pfalz wines for very decent prices (both glass and bottle). Would have gotten outstanding appraisal if the chef would have been a bit more careful with the use salt in the dishes: all 4 (2 starters and 2 mains) to our opinion were (a bit) too salty which the dishes did not need.

Sapori D'Italia is a no nonsense basic Italian restaurant pact with locals. You sit next to where you can find a seat. Food excellent and extremely competitively priced. You leave feeling having had a good meal with change in your pocket. Situated close by to Landau Marktplatz. Great for lunch especially.
