Our hotel is located in the heart of the old town and is within walking distance (approximately 2 minutes) from and to the International Ferry Terminal.

Reviewed By B5431NYcarolgHotel is within walking distance to the ferry terminal, cafes and shops. Room is clean and tidy. Need to call reception for things like a hairdryer. Wifi is free but keeps dropping out. Had to walk up the stairs as they don't have lifts. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Quiet n nice hotel
Reviewed By frank cI just try this hotel coz its next to Aifa Hotel n Mary Brown Deli.Super king costs rm155 but the good thing is wifi very good.Restaurants left m right of hotel;massage parlor behind drinking holes all within walking distance.location in centre of town.Nothing to shout about but certainly would recommend to travellers who want good wifi in d room.

Too noisy
Reviewed By cc wI was given a family room in 1st floor, just above the reception. There were constantly people opening and closing (or should I say banging?) the door next to our room, without any consideration, even in the middle of the night. I checked out the next morning, and I realised it's the emergency door. I would like to think that it has to be the workers who would used the door. ordinary hotel guests would use lift instead. Hope the hotel would look into this. The floor rug is not of cloth type, so making the feet wet and slippery after coming out of shower.

Disappointing stay with no water to shower
Reviewed By Diving-Addiction00Booked a room at this hotel for 3 people and the conditions were pay upon check in. We gave an indication we would probably arrive at 1.30pm into Labuan to the hotel who asked what time we were checking in. And then, the never ending messages started.."what time are you checking in. What time are you coming." This got really irritating after the 3rd message. The big problem was there was hardly any water to shower with...it was a struggle to get water flowing in the shower to bath at night and day time. Won't be back. There are better hotels in Labuan at a similar price range who have far superior quality rooms and standards. Look elsewhere.

Reviewed By LJunCHotel room is nice and clean. Came for a night stay, few eateries and supermarket nearby. However, i was shocked to learn that this is also a quarantine hotel. Sharing same check-in and same lift with those who are here to supposedly isolate themselves. During check in, i even saw quarantine guests came down to collect takeaway food at the lobby. I asked the front desk, is this hotel a quarantine hotel, and he said yes but they stayed at different floor. To me , it makes no difference if we are sharing same check in counter and sharing same lift. There should be some notification to non-quarantine guests when we place the booking so we are well aware of it.

Reviewed By SoonkiatStayed here few times, located in central labuan town and you can get taxi easily here. There is a lot of restaurant/coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. The hotel area is noisy in day time and room is old. Not recomended for the price you pay.
