I agree with previous review its lost its Ambience.. We have been there several times in past years and always loved it but now its too big, too spread out and the service was diabolical. As we were celebrating a friends birthday we were very disappointed. Ordered wine with our meal but it didnt arrive until we had nearly finished, and even then the waiter walked off with it to speak to another table and then he had forgotten the glasses so had to go back for them!! One of our dinners was quite tough (lamb tenderloin) we explained to the (I think) head waiter who after another 10 minutes brought out 2 lamb cutlets and this was after the tables had been cleared of any vegetables etc. Who does that ?? overall very disappointing.

We made our way to the Tavern and found it a building site. It is being done up at the moment. The owners made us welcome, they speak excellent English and i am sure that when it is done up it will be great.Dear our coustumer thank u for the massage regarding the restaurant l keep my finger x when its done it will b a unix place 4 Kyrenia ?

Tucked away in the back streets of the old town this is a lovely little restaurant. Nice garden setting with great ambiance, good service and lovely food. Somewhat different to the usual restaurants, this was fine dining! We had duck breast which was lovely and a change from the usual mere. Also has a good selection of wine and very pleasant entertainment- lady with a lovely voice singing gentle unobtrusive ballads. Would recommend.

Beautiful restaurant, good location with super views of the sea. Very wide choice on the menu. Everything I have tried has been excellent. I sometimes go here for the breakfasts which they do in both English and Turkish , with u limited tea or coffee. The staff are always polite and friendly. The service is quick and efficient even at busy periods. Getting the peanuts is also a great bonus, and the fresh bread. I would recommend anyone to this restaurant

A sensible sized meze starter which was on the whole very good, seven cold and three hot. For mains we had the fish of the day, Cod, and sea bream both excellently cooked, the bream tasting very fresh. Lovely salad, friendly and helpful service and good value. A nice setting set in a courtyard off the main street.

Beautiful retaurant and bar with an interesting art gallery attached.
A little more expensive than its competitors but worth it especially for a special occasion.
Excellent service and attention to detail.
Good quality cooking on both visits.
Happy to recommend.

As vegetarians traveling in North Cyprus, we were thrilled to learn about Jashan Indian Restaurant-- and even more thrilled that the food was delicious. The service is good, but they are very busy, so plan ahead and make Reservations. We'll probably be back because it's so hard to find vegetables around here!

Dined at the Archway around two dozen times – breakfast, lunchtime, evening - whilst staying in Zeytinlik for two weeks. Never once disappointed having enjoyed a range of the dishes on offer. The environment whether outside during daylight, taking in the delightful views, or inside after dark where the atmosphere is convivial is perfectly complimentary to the dining experience. Polite, accommodating staff always eager to please. The ‘full kebab’ is not for the faint-hearted; I’m still missing it!

There're plenty of choices for lunch such as vegetarian burger or delicious homemade burgers, Cyprus meatballs, chickin salad with kinoa, black eyed peas & tuna salad...You gotta try assorted puddings with the house coffee!
This family run, quite the hospitable establishment seems like very well focused on healthy eating...
Highly recommended !

We came here as it was down the road from our hotel. The food was all cooked to absolute perfection, we had the fillet steak and lamb shank and they were both beautiful. Highly recommend the chocolate fondant for dessert. Very attentive staff who were very friendly and had a good sense of humour. We only wish we had have made it a second time.
