From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendliness and good service. The play area for the kids is great and they have a child minder too. Perhaps the fact that the play area was on another level above the restaurant was not ideal, but I liked the fact that they installed a handrail just for the kids and soft padded steps so they put some thought into it. Had lunch with my wife and was again amazed by the quality and taste of all the food. The waiting staff and managers were very pleasant and highly professional. There is no overwhelming music and the ambiance is nice. Noticed that the other patrons were also smiling and happy. I would recommend this Restaurant to everyone that like Italian.

The worst experience in a restaurant we have EVER received. After two hours our food arrived (my friends pizza arrived ten minutes before our pasta dishes). Bland, tasteless food... looked out for the manager who was happily sharing lemon cellos with other guests. He was amazed we were âunhappyâ and had never experienced this before .... neither had we... drinks paid for and toast for dinner once home at 9.30. NEVER to be repeated.
