Reviewed By gft98The aircon was amazing - but the rooms stayed cool so you didn't need it on constantly. Great location - walked to most of the places we needed to go, such as shops as it is right near the Bintang Supermarket. Good kitchen facilities and reasonably priced minibar. Clean room! Looks just as the pictures do! A lot of places have poor shower pressure but the shower worked great here! The pool was nice and a good temperature and was clean! Considering how little this place costs it's a fantastic place. Will definitely be back!

Excellent and then some
Reviewed By beauboI stayed at The Kutaya on four different occasions over a two month period. While it was a little hard to find (my taxi drivers were zero for four in getting within 100 meters!!), once I was in the vicinity, all the locals knew where it was and I walked there in less than 2 minutes. Its location is actually a plus- it is nice and quiet away from the noise and traffic. The rooms a spotless and comfortable, and the shower pressure was great, something I have learned not to take for granted in Bali!! The rooms surround a serene courtyard and small swimming pool. There is a small balcony outside each room as well. I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on the food. It is a family owned place and it is obvious that the owners want to do a good job...and they succeeded with me1

The owner was such a nice man and was always willing to help/make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very good location also as one of the nicest beaches is less than a 5 min drive away. Would definitely recommend this place!

The owners helped us a lot finding a taxi service for going to Ubud and the restaurants around recommended by them were just amazing. I highly recommend this place for families with kids and surfers! Nice place 100%

Reviewed By Magnus KStayed here for 2 days and its a nice small place for a couple of days. Small but ok swimmingpool and the room is a little bit like a boutique hotel. The toilet made some crazy noize in the night but nothing to care so much about. Staff is cool and we rent a motocyckle without hazzle. Overall a ok place 20 min from the beach.

Great rest after a long travel
Reviewed By HulkurkassWe made a last minute booking and were really happy that we found this great suprise. Rooms are basic with huuuuge bed that is good for a night sleep or a daytime nap. Complimentary water on both of the days that we stayed. But what really makes the place is it’s stunning swimming pool..would definitely stay here again before our flight out. Plus points also for the location. But if you like your steaming hot showers then heads up no hot water in the room.

Desperate to get back again. An ideal base to explore Bali. Do your research and you will not have to pay hotel prices. No pool or hot water but when its 30c+ who wants warm water. Basic breakfast, drink and toastie. So cheap to eat out. Meal and drink about £2-00

Good services Budget Hotel
Reviewed By nishbellMe and my friend stayed there for 4 nights. We booked from online like 6 hours before arrival, then we arrived there before the check in hour. Luckily, our room is empty so the staff let us to check in directly at 9 am. It's small but it's fit for 2 people. Cool aircon, refrigerator, tv, clean bathroom. They not provide breakfast and don't have a room cleaning service daily but we're okay with that. They also have a motorcycle rental service and we can bargain the price a bit ?. The motorcycle was in good condition and we didn't face any problem with it. So far this hotel is cheap and the service is good ?
