Bad attitude and appalling customer service.
Reviewed By MrsFugaruThe staff at this hotel think that it is acceptable to sell a ‘family’ room with a thin mattress on the floor for the third family member. When we asked for a room with beds the price jumped by a third and there was no interest in negotiating the price even though the place was practically empty… weeknight at 5 pm during pandemic restrictions…and way overpriced compared to other locations around Thailand. We were very upset at the indifferent attitude so we found a room elsewhere. You would think that it is better to sell a room than get nothing but in this case they got nothing from us! Do a day trip to this tourist trap and avoid the price gouging.
