Ordinary place pretending to be Czech beer house, though only with 2 sorts of Czech beer. Pork knee was OK, good cold German beer, starters average, desert just sucks. So really mixed impression.

We went to La Vaca without reservation on Saturday; the waiters found a table for us but advised to book a table before coming. The staff is well trained, they smile, ask if everything is fine, when we were leaving the waiter waited while we were dressing to say good bye. Food is expensive and not super special, we had Enchiladas and Argentinean chicken which reminded nuggets, for dessert we had some Argentinean cake which was ok, mandarin tea was very good.

Really a great concept and worth a visit. All things meat. The service was exceptional. The appetizers were incredible - I loved the pickle platter. Did not have the courage to try Bull Testicles or Tongue. The fat slices were not my thing either. I was very disappointed that my filet came out Luke warm at best. Ruined the main course. Recommend that you all use a thermostat to gauge proper serving temperature. Cold steak is shoe leather.

This is the restaurant one MUST visit when in Krasnodar. Amazing athmosphere, delicious dishes, friendly staff, unique live music that is incredible.Highly professional, polite and kind staff, without exception (including the doormen, the waiters, the chief stewrd, etc.)One of the waiters, Pavel took me on a personal tour and showed me around, drawing my attention to the rich details of the antique neo-russian enterieur: colorful paintings from Kuban artists, portraits of famous atamans, the mechanical piano, children's room, Cossack's costumes (one of them is there for you to try on), photographs of old Cossack houses and families, the small VIP hall, and many others. We had several delicious, very tasty dishes for starters with wonderful red wine, and had so much that ordering soup, main course, or dessert was simply impossible. Live music is - 4 singers, an accordion and a huge baalaika - simply beyond words. One does not need to understand Russian to feel the music deep in one's heart.
