Reviewed By Juraj63Hotel is nice, but little bit cold. Room is large with high ceiling. It is dificulty to keep open window due to noise comming from nearby motorway. Breakfast is OK, but if you stay few days, it is always the same. Not many choices. Dinner is nice with very good beef. Restaurant is expensive, maybe little bit more then it is worth it. Staff is friendly, but later on "too friendly".

Reviewed By WheelzUpGalI stayed here for a week for business. My room was in the newer section. It was modern and clean. There was no kettle in the room for making tea or instant coffee. Not acceptable in 2022 for a hotel to compete. It is located very convenient to the train station, just one block. The sound of trains at night bothered my colleague and they did move her to a quiet room. I could see the train yard but it did not bother me. Staff at the front desk was very inconsistent. Many times you would walk by and they would not even acknowledge you. Others were so helpful and had time to address any concern. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. An excellent variety of fruit, cheese, meet, breads, sweets and they will prepare eggs for you. The food at dinner was good, but terribly expensive. There are many excellent places to eat in Kortrijk and my colleagues and I typically ate somewhere else. One complaint we had, they refused to give my colleagues and I separate bills for charging to the room for dinner. We were on business and have to submit our expenses. This was very inconvenient. Good local places to eat are: Muze, Petit Paris, and for ice cream- Cremeux. I chattted a few times with employee Maria. She was delightful and very nice.

Great hotel for a short trip in Kortrijk
Reviewed By TheAbbasIt is a great 3 stars hotel in Kortrijk. Clean, comfy bed, good breakfast and allows pets. It was a perfect base in Kortrijk for the night. Grote Markt is within 5 minutes walk and all withing easy reach. Has a park facing it with a nice café. Great price/value ratio. We stayed in room 65. Pros: - Friendly staff that is very helpful and nice. - Room has all what needed for a night and clean. - Pillows are very comfortable and bed is very good. - Breakfast is very yummy and they prepare eggs on order and costs 18 euros (worth it). They even gave a cava with no extra charge. - GroteMarkt within 5 minutes and station is within 12 minutes walking. - Shower pressure is great and its spacious. - Has a full bar downstairs near the entrance. - Free water bottle in the room. Cons: - The door between room and toilet is a sliding vague glass door. Not ideal it not a couple. - A tea kettle in the room would’ve been a nice touch.

We stayed here one night and were warmly welcomed by the manager, who extensively explained the details in these weird times. We took the breakfast for €10 p.p. additionally. Being it a delivery, the breakfast was ok. The junior suite in 130 was big with an extensive bathroom and amenities. The bed is very comfortable. The advertised balcony was not really a balcony but a platform where the air-conditioning unit was placed. The access is not via a door, but via a window.

Perfect host & clean, nice rooms
Reviewed By DL110488I stayed here with 4 Italian customers, so the five rooms were just perfect for us. Very clean rooms with renovated bathrooms. Nice detail is the fact that the rooms are all named after a Belgian Trappist brewery. The host, Carmen, was very friendly and helpful. Easy and transparant communication. And we enjoyed a lovely dinner which she prepared for us. Thanks to her background as a “Zhytologe” (Beer connaisseur) we were served a delicious 3-course food & beer pairing. Breakfast was extensive and more than good. An absolute place-to-go-to if you’re staying in Kortrijk. We’ll be back!

Good hotel in a good location.

Although the hotel doesn't have a car park of its own, there's a large underground public car park conveniently located about three minutes walk away. The hotel is brilliantly located, almost in the town's main square, so there are plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Our room on the fourth floor was very bright and nicely presented, with large windows (that open wide - very unusual in this health and safety age) looking out onto the street. However, it had a bit of an unfinished feel to it. There were no bedside tables, only one picture on the extensive white walls and, strangely, nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Speaking of which, this room had one of the increasingly popular open plan bathroom layouts, which personally I am not a fan of. As much as I enjoyed staying at the Center Hotel, that might have been a deal breaker for me if I'd known about it before we arrived. I'm happy to report that the soundproofing in the room was excellent and street sounds were almost inaudible with the windows closed. Because there was so much stuff nearby, we didn't sample breakfast in the hotel, so unfortunately I can't report on that. Basically, if the open plan bathroom style doesn't bother you then this is a really great place to stay.
