Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (abbreviated as KP; Urdu: خیبر پختونخوا; Pashto: خیبر پښتونخوا) is one of the four administrative provinces of Pakistan, located in the northwestern region of the country along the international border with Afghanistan. It was previously known as the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) until 2010, and is known colloquially by various other names. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the third-largest province of Pakistan by the size of both population and economy, though it is geographically the smallest of four. It comprises 10.5% of Pakistan's economy, and is home to 11.9% of Pakistan's total population, with the majority of the province's inhabitants being Pashtuns, Hazarewal, Chitrali, and Kohistanis. The province is the site of the ancient kingdom Gandhara, including the ruins of its capital Pushkalavati near modern-day Charsadda. Originally a stronghold of Hinduism and Buddhism, the history of the region was characterized by frequent invasions under various Empires due to its geographical proximity to the Khyber Pass.

The oldest chinese restaurant of Peshawar opened its doors in 1974;introduced chinese food to peshawar;within ten years,it was attracting customers from all over province of kpk.the reasonably priced dishes attracted students of nearby Peshawar university and it became a smash hit.9/11 brought black clouds and the road was restricted by Pakistan army;sovit was constrained to open another branch on university road by name of silver dragon.
The mouth watering steaks,chicken manchuria,chicken chowmein and sausage fried rice were its delicacies.
A must visit place.

Went there after eid for a family gathering.... was very disappointed. Not we heard and expected before.....felt bad management was the reason..... the bar b q dishes were undercooked and very chewy.... mutton was also under cooked... Russian salad contained only potatoes and mayonnaise...... hope they pick up

This is my favourite restaurant in Peshawar,located in PC hotel and is a quality and reasonable restaurant, can enjoy many Chinese variety of food, like Chicken corn soup,Fried Fish and jumbo prawns and have many specialities.It is located just behind the reception.

The food from this restaurant is mostly fast food, italian, thai with some chinese dishes. The food tastes good, the desserts are great. Price per dish is above the usual rates in the locality, so you could call it comparatively expensive. Location of this restaurant is ideal, very convenient for university students.

Restaurant has limited ambiance. Old curtains. One crystal chandelier in the “family dining room”. We were a large party and the food kept coming. Kebabs, chicken tills, lamb, mutton, Chinese style chicken. We even had Chinese egg drop soup as a starter. Some dishes were better than others, but the meal was quite a feast. Bathroom was clean.

nice little restaurant at PC Rawalpindi.Bar B Q is speciality.they do have some live music facility as well.prices are slightly on higher side(1600 PKR/per person,child 5-10 years half price and less than 5 are free)

Everyone needs to try it at least once. It's an acquired taste and you may not find it that outstanding if you didn't grow up eating it (most of Peshawar did). Do try the Monte Carlo and German roll, in addition to the special burger. The pizzas are more like meat pies than pizzas, and therefore, extremely filling.

A very good environment and great staff. Food was awesome and location is pretty good.i'm satisfy with service, food menu and prices as well.A perfect meal an open faced pie using Tomato Sauce, Cheese and manner of toppings. Tastes like heaven and is sometimes stated to be better than any other meal.
