While I generally enjoy the wide range of options at this chain - good for a diverse family, this location was quite a disappointment. We sat in an area next to a table piled up with dirty dishes. Even after the server finally brought us our beverages, the dirty dishes just sat there. Before our beverages arrives, I pointed out the tables that needed to be bused and nothing happened. After we had started eating, I complained to the hostess who did help clean up the area. Eventually the waitress came in to help.The food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours under the heating lamp. The meat was dry. I had to hunt someone down to carve a piece of ham. When it was time for dessert, the chocolate ice cream was out and remained that way for half an hour. The pie and cobbler options were good, but most of the food was simply loaded in fat and not terribly tasty.Definitely a disappointment for a family lunch!

Don't get me wrong we will still go to the competition when were in a mall that has a Auntie's in it. But hands down their pretzels are the bomb and we believe way better then the mall pretzels. The pretzel dogs are amazing the sticks are just as good as the big pretzels. but we are not a fan of their pretzel bites and not sure why. the dipping sauce selection is very broad and we haven't had a chance to try them all. The service has always been very friendly even when it's close to closing time.

Does this place cost a little more than a typical fast food place? Yes, it does. Does it taste better and display a higher quality than a typical fast food place? YES, it does! Penn Station makes their own bread, they cut their own fries, they make pretty much everything to order. Even the lemonade is top notch. The restaurant is always clean and the people who work there are very friendly. I pretty much go for the Philly Cheese Steak every time so I won't discuss any of the other sandwiches, but I am never disappointed. If you like the steak seasoning you can ask for a side of it and they will give it to you so you can flavor your sandwich to your liking. The "Fresh Cut" fries are made to order, so even if you call in your sandwich ahead of time, you may have to wait a couple of minutes for them to cook fresh fries for you (worth the wait). They pack the fries in to overflowing so it really seems like you get a good value.

I love Firehouse Subs. There is a nice selection of subs and sandwiches - although I can't say anything about the others because my go to sandwich is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar. And it so worth the wait! The restaurant is nicely sized compared to another I visited out of town. It wasn't too busy but there was a short wait to prepare my food. The only negatives - It's a little expensive so I only get it as a treat occasionally. I agree on the drink machine. I don't like the new, fancy soft drink machines. They just don't taste as good but their sweet tea is perfect. Oh, and I smell smoky now from sitting and waiting on my food. :-)

Our family tried Salsaritas over the winter and weâve been back several times since. The staff is always polite, the food is good, the prices are reasonable, and overall everything is great!Sometimes it gets extremely crowded, so that can be a pain, but itâs honestly definitely a great fresh alternative to just getting fast food. Iâll definitely be back!

The actual pizza and choice of toppings is good. Pizza is thin crust and cooked in a brick oven. What I donât understand is the pizza salad. They literally make a salad and dump It on a cheese pizza which is very weird and not that appetizing. Why not cook the crust in the oven in the shape of a bowl and put the salad in crust bowl. That would make more sense and be much more appetizing and like similar pizza places (Your Pie and Blaze) where you make your own pizza and get it âyour wayâ.

The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always great. What more can you ask for in a restaurant. The only draw back is that this place is so good that trying to eat here during lunch time is crazy, as everybody wants to eat here.
