Reviewed By Vasileios RVery strategically located, just 2 minutes away from one of the most breathtaking beaches I have ever visited. Crystal clear welcoming waters which I have never seen before in my life. The location is a top noch USP for this property, as it's very close to the picturesque village of Nea Fokea (go try Thokos Restaurant) and the stunning Afytos village. Sani beach and Sani resort Marina is easily accessible and really close to Sunny Hills. The hotel itself boasts a central swimming pool with a pool bar which is a good alternative in case you do not want to go to the beach. Excellent breakfast and sparkling clean. We loved it!

Paradise in the centre of Pefkohori
Reviewed By bodichiVisited as a 2 couples. The setting is amazing with a lovely pool which is surrounded with banana trees. Unfortunately due to convid-19 we were the only guests there, however Toni the owner was brilliant and made us extremely welcome. He even did an impromptu barbecue free of charge and invited some friends along to make it a great atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend as everything is a stones throw from the hotel but still very peaceful and quiet.

Reviewed By JENCHEADLEOriginally booked for six nights but decided to stay on. These apartments are within easy walking distance of the centre. Very clean and wonderful friendly staff….even the neighbours say hello. Highly recommended.

DISAPOINTING
Reviewed By Skevi KWe have been there for a week for our summer vacations. The apartments are very old and need to be renovated. The bathroom is terrible, very old and not cleaned properly. We had to buy cleaning liquids from the supermarket. The wardrobe is old and smells bad. There is a small inadequate kitchen. We had to buy a dishwashing liquid and sponge to wash the dishes since the cleaning lady never did. We were 3 persons and there were only 2 water glasses. We paid €100 per night and the sheets / towels were changed every 3 days !!. The breakfast is served by the owners and is very modest for the price we paid (they serve an owful coffee and no juice - just an orange liquid full of water and sugar) . There are a lot of mosquitos and bees. We told the owner that the price is very high for what they offer and she told us that we are right but we have to be more careful when we choose a hotel / appartment !!!! The only good thing is the sea view.

The HOTEL ESTIA is a family hotel where a relaxing holiday is guaranteed! Located in the village of Skala Fourka, just 100 meters from the beach, our hotel has 20 modern, air conditioned studios for up to 2 people (an extra bed can be supplied if needed). Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and TV and balcony. Free wireless internet is available throughout. The centre of the village with its shops, restaurants and bars is just a short 5 minutes walk away. The hotel also offers a spacious swimming pool with children's pool, pool bar and ample parking space.

Reviewed By san_grThis is a great hotel for a very reasonable price! The rooms were sparkling clean and there's aircondition in each room which in Greece is a must! The beach is about 5 minutes walk but there is also a really beautiful swimming pool which is free to use for residents. There's also a children's pool which is only 60cm deep. What surprised me was that although the swimming pool was very clean, it didn't have the nasty chlorine smell that others have! Last but not least, the family that owns it is really lovely and friendly. We went there as strangers and we made new friends :-) I will definitely come back here!

Η τοποθεσία ειναι εξαιρετικη καθως ειναι αναμεσα σε Αφυτο και Καλλιθεα και πολυ κοντα και στα 2! Περασαμε πολυ ομορφα, την περιοδο του Αυγούστου ειναι πολυ καλο για οικογενειες.
