The service, selection, and quality were excellent. Every need was met at breakfast. Pratibha, mr.bala and mr dayanand were very kind. The chef, Mr. Dhiren was helpful explaining the buffett items. Lunch at Shangri-La Bengaluru was excellent. Great location and ambiance at the Ssafron on the 18th floor. Food was excellent. Notable appetizers were Mirchi and paneer. The mixed vegetable and the Zardari Chilli paratha were excellent. Supari gelato was a really worth tasting Ok a good seat for a panoramic view and enjoy the food. We enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by Rupali. Enjoy this place before it gets too busy. Really tasty food and great service from anil and nitesh, The portion sizes were adequate. The food was very flavorful and the spice level was perfect.
