We came for lunch by chance. We didn't expect the food is delicious yet is organic. The price is still affordable yet a bit pricey. The restaurant attendant Anom was friendly and attentive. It just that the restaurant is situated at the trees area, facing rice fields, you can see some big black ants were crawling around your chair and table while you are eating which might not be comfortable.

I was so grateful for the willingness of the chefs to cater for my need for a gluten free diet. They went out of their way to adapt various dishes to meet my needs.I really enjoyed all of my meals here - the ingredients were really fresh. I was here for several days so tried many dishes - presentation and taste great thanks!Hi thanks for staying with us and super happy we had the opportunity to create some special gluten free dishes for you. It was great that you informed us prior to your arrival so that our chef's had some time to tailer your meals while you were with us. We look forward to your next visit to the Rice Barn. Ate here many times during our stay. The food is tasty and well presented. Our favourite was the snapper but a very small portion, could have been more vegetables. Disappointed with vegetable burger as very dry. unfortunately I had stomach cramps and diarrhoea after the grilled chicken one evening so stayed away from chicken after that. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Beautiful setting by the sea and great service.Dear franl644,We are very sorry to hear that your dining experience was not up to your expectation. Went there for dinner, tripadviser was a good recomendation.But when I got back to my appartement I got very sick, first thrown up and then diaria, and then both.I got the chicken burger, so be carefull!!

We stopped for lunch on our way to Ubud. The staff was very friendly and we could see some rice fields, but not an exceptional view. The menu is correct but rather limited, esp. for vegetarians. Free WiFi, nice fresh juices, and something music (Latino music a bit too loud at times).

Nice view, well presented dishes. Quite cheap. The waiter is really taking care to make yourself at home and tries to speak some French. The food is good. Lots of Thai & Indonesian options. The espresso martini is really nice.

-cheap food and coffee-fried noodle was tastier than weve had elsewhere across bali and it had more veg in-nice staff who speak english and understand vegetarian/vegan-they gave everyone who came a gift of banana fritter which is very generous! (just to note they shut after luch and reopened at 7pm on the day we ate there)

Small hotel in the town centre,just 12 rooms.Seaside.Rooms 11 & 12 are our pick as they overlook the pool and ocean,a few metres to the open air restaurant.Always good service at the restaurant/bar.Extensive menu of local and western food.OK prices.All rooms are nicely fitted out with a patio.Brekky and free wi fi included in the Tarif.Theres a dive centre on site.Limited free parking.
