Wonderful location and relaxing atmosphere
Reviewed By Kirstine1984We stayed here for two nights and had a room with sea view. Rooms are small but good and clean, and the bed was wonderfully hard. The location of the place is just amazing with a magnificent view over the fjord, located a bit remote and facing south, so it’s quiet and sunny! There is also the possibility to jump into the water just in front of the hotel. We went for dinner in Kalundborg, which is just 5 km away - a short drive. We also took the scenic drive to Røsnæs to do some hiking, and there is also a trail right outside the hotel. We would definitively love to come back.

Reviewed By sirjhpA really nice B and B with a good,solid and well tasting breakfast,served in a living room with a view over the fields and fjord.The rooms are light,bright and the beds are really good,toilet and bath facilities are good .The hosts are nice,friendly and assist you in any ways if you ask. The view from the room are over the fjord.Parking is large and safe and you can walk safely in the hills overlooking the fjord and have really nice hiking trips along the beach.At the B and B there is easy access to the beach,swimming is free and fishing can be allowed against a fishing certificate. The whole peninsular are open for hiking and at the point the light house can be visited. Demarks largest wine yard are located 2km away and the wines can be tasted as well as the aquavit or moepos,the wine fields and the wine yard are open for visits.

Clean bright room and bathroom; very friendly reception; good English spoken; excellent breakfast and facilities for own drinks; own peaceful terrace . And a deer walked past in the evening and again in the morning, right past our window.!

Ugerløse Holiday Centre er beliggende pa en strand med udsigt over Storebælt. Der tilbydes indkvartering med fælles eller eget badeværelse. Kalundborgs bymidte ligger 15 minutters kørsel væk. Al indkvarteringen har spiseplads og tekøkken med køleskab, kogeplader og kaffemaskine. Nogle har desuden tv, mens andre har udsigt over Storebælt. De rekreative faciliteter omfatter udendørs swimmingpool og minigolf. Børnene kan have det sjovt pa legepladsen, hvor der er trampolin. Morgenmad, snacks og souvenirs sælges i butikken pa ejendommen. Vor Frue Kirke fra det 12. arhundrede ligger 20 minutters kørsel væk. Kalundborg Golfklub ligger 20 km fra ejendommen. Par er særligt glade for beliggenheden – de har givet den karakteren 8,8. Vi taler dit sprog!
The worst camping place
Reviewed By Joona LGreat scenery and nature but camping place is not what they advertised. Very un-friendly. Wifi is slow and breaking all the time. Place is not dog friendly, rules says that you should walk the dog outside camping. You cant even wash dog with camping site. Toilet/shower has bad smell and looks dirty. If you go to toilet after dark there is no lights or lights go on and off in few minutes. I was taking shower and middle of it I was in the dark again. You pay 6 kr for 3 minutes of water....in the dark!!!!! Everything is rusty and paint falling off. It seems like its been great place 40 years ago but nobody is maintained it since. We booked cabin for 4 people and it was full of spider web. Cabin was very small and you felt like you run out of air. Next cabin is 2 meters away so you see everything they are doing in the next door. Too tightly build. Owner told us that we should pay 100kr if dog stay with us and dog is not allowed to walk in camping site or be on the furniture! What furniture? For 4 people they gave 2 chairs and cheap mattress. There was coffee machine but only one wall socket for electricity????? One for 4 people. We coudnt charge all our phones and make coffee. Everything is very cheap and falling a part. Worst camping site I have ever visited. Not recomended for adults, kids or dogs.

Reviewed By Chx89Wonderful food and lovely atmosphere, but the servers were awful. The wait time was ridiculous, they had lost the reservation and when we did not give a tip (because that is not expected in Denmark), the attitude of the server was terribly rude. Food great but servers disappointing!

Reviewed By Sandeep KA three storeys building with no elevator. A very quaint building, decent breakfast. Only suitable for business travellers. Some small shops behind the hotel which may be fine to walk around. Good only to sleep for the night.

Reviewed By 160signebVi brugte overnatningen i forbindelse med en fest vi skulle til. Vi havde lejet en hytte . Det var virkelig virkelig ulækre faciliteter. Hytten var ikke gjort ren, der var intet vand. på dynerne var der gammelt blod og rigtig meget skidt. spindelvæv i hele hytten osv osv. Badeforholdene var gamle og slidte, hvilke kan gå an hvis det er rent. Men når man valgte at tisse bag i hytten på græsset i stedet for at gå på toilettet, siger det lidt om hvor slemt det er. Ville aldrig sætte mine ben der igen og bestemt ikke en anbefaling hver.

Nice hotel, requires some tweaks
Reviewed By Boomshake22I stayed at this hotel for one week, the decor is nice, but I could hear some noise from the other rooms so sound insulation possibly required, my other concern was the beds, the Danish type topper was basically on a solid base so not too comfy, the pillow supplied was almost empty,a problem for me but I guess that's possibly Danish style.? I was also there for 4 nights and my room wasn't made up once during my stay. Charlotte is a great host and very helpful, but only around in the mornings for breakfast. Location is also difficult if you do not have a car, taxis are non existent in the area. So a nice looking hotel but not for me
