This was our splurge on our short trip to Okayama/Takamatsu, and we werenât disappointed. A great combination of high quality food, wine, and service. While not cheap, relative to the same level of restaurant in Tokyo, it was very reasonable. Although it is a good taxi ride away from the center of Takamatsu, it is well worth the effort of going. The restaurant consists of one fairly large, tastefully decorated and high- ceilinged room, the service is very competent and not stuffy, the sommelier is knowledgeable and helpful, and the 3 glasses of well chosen wines (red and/or wine) for Y2700 plan was well conceived and a real bargain. We definitely will look forward to going again next time we are in the area.
