We stopped here in the hope for a late lunch / early dinner but were informed no food could be ordered at that time - it was approx. 4pm. Naturally we were disappointed and hungry! We did however stay for drinks.
On reviewing the website afterwards I note that there is no indication of the fact that they stop serving for an hour during the opening times.

My wife insisted we go there, my expectations were low: it looks like a beach snack with soggy fries. But to my surprise, the food was much better. We went there twice and tried different courses. They all were better than expected, quite good actually. I had two different soups that didn't taste like convenience gastro-food. So, if you're in bathing trunks or a bit sweaty from a bike tour and don't feel at ease at nearby trendy Paal6, go and enjoy them on the (somewhat wind protected) Terrace.

My first visit to this restaurant. The meal was very good. Friendly staff and not long to wait after ordering our meal. I was very unhappy when some other customers with a very large dog were seated behind me. I think this is very unhygenic and unnecessary.

Bedienung wirklich freundlich , Rinderfilet war auch gut vom Fleisch aber alles andere grade mal ausreichend . Von mir bekommt das Restaurant die Bewertung befriedigend weil die Bedienung sehr freundlich ist . Finde die Qualität nicht so toll . Koche lieber selbst .

The selection of different foods on the menu was diverse and the preparation was well done. The servers were polite and managed to provide you with an opportunity to choose more dishes. I found this place most enjoyable. Very casual...

Usually go for the pizza, however the other dishes are nice as well. Sometimes it is quite busy and noisy, in summer you can sit outside. Parking is free and available.

We ended up here by chance and were very pleasantly surprised. Nice choice of dishes, very knowledgeable staff and very welcoming. The food was excellent as was the presentation.

Had a take away meal from here this week. Nice fresh ingredients and tasty, although the menu is quite limited and actually quite expensive (in my opinion) for main dishes - 14 Euro and more each. A nice meal.

Italiaanse tapa’s, leuk concept en lekkere hapjes. Prima prijs kwaiteit verhouding. Bediening was correct. Leek op steenoven pizza en die waren uitstekend.

The ice-salon has a great selection of very good ice, and friendly staff. At the back you can see the production of ice going on. The place is very clean.
