You won't find better fish and chips, the chips are always crisp and crunchy the batter is thin on the fish, you will find this small shop takes great pride in what it serves

Part of North Beach Shopping Centre. Do not go expecting five star treatment. However, do go if you want an excellent meal of fish & chips. They specialise in Spanish Mackeral, which I fully recommend along with their chips. Batter was very delicate. Order at the counter for friendly, helpful service. Serve yourself for cutlery, glasses etc. Can be viewed as a bit pricey but they have lunchtime specials. I fully recommend & would go again.
This was a fantastic find on the Hillary boardwalk. We initially got sucked in to watching the electronic menu board with fish and crabs appearing through it. Eventually we decided to try their Fishermans Platter for $19.90. It was fresh & tasty and have your sine prawn cutlets, squid rings piece of chips and a decent serve of chips. We sat down on the tables and chairs on the boardwalk and just enjoyed our meals. This was worth it and definitely try it again next time.

Bills has been doing fish and chips for forty years. They use fresh, unfrozen fish and good oil. The outcome is nice tasting fish and chips. They have a wide variety of fish plus specials of the day. They cook to order so you need to call ahead. Staff are friendly and the place is busy on weekends. Our regular fish and chips emporium.
