We are a small and cozy Bed&Breakfast situated in the village of Jericoacoara, 100 meters away from the beach and next to the Sunset Dune. We have an exotic garden where you can relax in a hammock. We offer 3 room categories:- small economy room for two, equipped with a double bed, hot shower, fan, minibar, table, chairs and hammock at the entrance.- Standard room for two, equipped with a double bed, hot shower, AC, fan, minibar, table, chairs and hammock at the entrance.- Large triple room equipped with a double bed, a single bed, hot shower, AC, fan, TV, minibar, terrace with a table, chairs and hammock.We aim at young and international crowd and we speak: English, French, Portuguese, Danish, Russian.

Reviewed By 328evgeniyabWe stayed in one of the upstairs apartments and were very pleased we opted for that! Everything is taken into consideration. Fresh air enters the room from both sides and we practically didn't use the AC. The are lines to dry the beachwear. You can enjoy a cosy evening on the balcony or come up to the terrace on the top to see the ocean and the dunes and to watch the sunset. Breakfast is awesome and has many options, like for example the traditional tapioca which we thought was tastier than in many local cafés! The staff speaks English and the owner was very helpful with many tips on what to do both in the village and the trips around. We chose the place randomly but considered ourselves very lucky to have done so. Definitely recommend it to other travellers, in particular the ones who speak as little Portuguese as we do!

Reviewed By oliviero2014Let’s start with a big plus : the decoration of the hotel is very nice . Something rare in Jeri where most places are tacky. Staff overall is also nice. Two big negatives : 1) no attention is paid to COVID at all. Staff at the bar or the restaurant do not wear masks most of the time ( except for breakfast strangely ) I informed the reception but it brought no change. Basically the guy will bring your food smiling with no mask . Barmen are the most conspicuous of this total lack of care. 2) we did not have one single day ( 7 days in total) where we could enjoy hot water for both morning and evening. Despite numerous complaints nothing happened. It’s clearly an installation problem . Our last day we had no water neither in the morning nor in the evening. This can happen one or two days but NOT during 7 days ! Otherwise in no particular order : - our room ( number 3 , very small ) had no bed-side lamps which is a pitty. You have to get up to put out the light of you want to read before going to sleep…. - Food in the restaurants is good but over-priced even by Jeri standards and takes forever to get to your plate.( i even canceled an order once ) - Music play lists are not very adapted to the time of the day and sometime played very loud in the wrong place where you want to relax like by the little pool on the side of La Villa Praia. - Finaly, the place can sometime look like a kindergarten from the number of screaming kids by the pool so forget about the “zen environment” promoted by the hotel that some guests are looking for. But then again la Villa Jeri is not for adults only ..

Good but just good
Reviewed By Fabio VI stayed at vila Medina for 4 days. The installations are good, the room is good, the breakfast is very good, it’s a little bit far from the center but you’re in Jeri. But I don’t know why I felt like I was a stranger. Everybody there treat me different from others guest. Because I saw the way they treated. I didn’t feel like I was at home. The employees didn’t say a simples “good night” or “good morning” except for Ju, she is awesome. Although I can give they a second chance, but not so far.

Reviewed By Andre BWe loved Jericoacoara village so we were a little afraid when our days there ended and we needed to go to the next destination: Pousada do Paulo. We arrived there at night but when the next morning came, we were glad we went there. A stunning lagoon beach with white sand with unsalted water. Perfect to relax and to play with our baby (1 yr 3 mo at the time). The food there is amazing and the service is excellent. It could not be better. Hope to return soon to this paradise.

great place, no noise, great kiting
Reviewed By Cristina SFor the second time we have been in this nice pousada, looking to the duna. From there great sunsets! Karill is a very nice person, available for any request. The pousada is very good, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfasts are very good (only fruit juces have too much water!) And home made jams and cake are really special! Hope to come back soon!

The breakfast was excellent with omelettes that could rival any restaurant. The pousada is clean and quiet and close enough to the praça and the beach. Will definitely plan to come back!
