Reviewed By Robert WI reserved two rooms for a family trip to attend a Christening. Although I booked a double and a single ,the hotel was kind enough to allocate two double rooms adjacent to each other for our convenience. The location is quiet and convenient to walk to the nearby shopping centre. The check in staff were very pleasant and extremely efficient, and it's always nice to see smiling faces when you first arrive.We were on the first floor and it was noticed that the hallways were lit but were still a little dark especially if your are of poor eyesight. The rooms were very clean and tidy but lacked any luxury furniture, for example, a comfortable arm chair would have been nice.. The bed was quite low to the floor and set in a wooden frame on all sides, however the mattress was reasonably comfortable but the duvet seemed like it was a little small for the double bed.The bathroom was very smart with good quality tiling and the shower worked very well. The shower was encased with two sliding doors which may give you a problem squeezing between them if you are a large person. Toiletries were standard and no plug fitted to the basin. There is no coffee machine,iron or ironing board in the room and the hotel instructions state that it is forbidden to take them into the hotel for safety reasons. The breakfast served on the ground floor was very nice and was typical of Polish tastes,sliced meat,cheese ,frankfurters and fried eggs,nice food with many accompaniments,salad ,toast etc. All in all a nice stay but not in luxury.

Reviewed By Freedom267283Obsługa uprzejma. Czysto i cicho. Z braku alternatywy (szczyt klimatyczny w Katowicach) zatrzymałem się w tym motelu na trzy noce. Niestety pierwsze dwie noce temperatura w pokoju nie rozpieszczala max 18 stopni. Proszę interwencji sytuacja nieznacznie się poprawiła. Szkoda też że poza śniadaniem nie można sobie zrobić nawet herbaty.

Reviewed By luka_wojZa drogi jak na te warunki. W pokoju czuć było, że wcześniej ktoś palił. Dobra lokalizacja i przemiła obsługa. Śniadanie szału nie zrobiło. Słabej jakości produkty z wyjątkiem świeżego chleba. Poza tym nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Great place for small escape
Reviewed By miletThis small hotel is located near the lake. Private beach is 50 meters from hotel. Rooms are small, but offer just enough space and are very clean. Decorations are above average. Staff was very friendly and breakfast quite good. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. The hotel offers great value and I can definitely recommend it

Splendid weeks stay at the Aqua Hotel
Reviewed By gelinehAttended the COP24 at Katowice and statyed at the Aqua Hotel in Jaworzno outside of Katowice. The owners are one of the kindest people I have met and so are the staffs. The food served at the kitchen is more than superb! Breaksfast is free, the rooms are clean, its safe and well secured. I would more than recommend anyone to stay at the Aqua Hotel!!!
