All I can say is that previous reviews are right on. This is a unique experience in Barra de Navidad, serving up excelllent food, charming service, an informative and extensive tequila experience, and the all-important marshmallow toasting.I should underscore that the food here is consistently good, something that is unusual in this area. Most other restaurants might offer good fare on a given night, but it's hit and miss most of the time. Barra Galeria is one of three where you can be reasonably confident of getting a good dining experience (Marlena's and Simona's are the others).

We have enjoyed three wonderful private dinners in this most beautiful setting - right on the beach, with fantastic sunsets, beautiful music, and most delicious gourmet meals, prepared and attentively served by the owners, Eileen and Jed, and their wonderful staff. The first dinner was for four people, and the second and third for eight people. It is such a delight for us to bring our friends to this wonderful villa just down the beach from our condo on Isla Navidad. They serve drinks and tapas in the afternoons as well. We look forward to coming back here time and time again.thanks for your review :)
