このお店は、ボランティア的な・調理趣味的なランチ専門で、その日のメニューは決まっており、メニューでの選択的な注文は出来ない。したがって、味や好みは人それぞれとも言える。個人的には味は旨いと思った。一日限定数なので、予約して行った方が確実で有る。お店は綺麗だが、地方色と言うのか、東和町とは・土沢とはとのイメージは感じない。

エーデルワイン工場見学の帰りに寄りました。平日だったせいか、お昼時にもかかわらず客は一組しかおらず、お店の人といろいろ雑談しながらの食事となりました。ランチは￥1,200くらいからとそれなりのお値段ですが、羊肉のハンバーグなどヘルシーで美味しい食事が楽しめます。エーデルワインと一緒にがお薦めですが、車だと難しいですね。向かいのホテルベルンドルフに宿泊しつつという感じでしょうか。ワイン工場隣の売店ワインシャトー大迫でひと通り試飲して訪れたら、ワイン代が節約できます。

夏の暑い盛りに涼みに来店。さっぱりしたかったので、盛岡冷麺を注文。シコシコの麺に味わいのあるピリ辛のスープがよく絡み、とても美味しかったです。他の一般メニューも豊富にありました。

We had a short stopover in Hanamaki on our way to the Sanriku Coast. We hadn't eaten all day, so we hopped across the street to grab a bite. What a treat! Hanamaki seems to be the birthplace of wanko soba, or all you can eat soba contest, which is what this place specializes in. The soba is simple, nothing special, but still delicious. The toppings included standard fare such as what you might find in similar Japanese restaurants in the US, but also some spicy cod roe, tororo (grated mountain yam). Side dishes included the most delicate and crispy tempura, pressed greens, a local old school style pickle (daikon radish marinated in a soy sauce based pickling brine and stuffed with vegetables before cutting, when sliced, the pickles look like flowers! Hanamaki loosely means 'flower roll'). The restaurant was spacious, and we took a large table in the tatami area. Ramen dishes ordered by dining companions also looked great, but inhaled before I could take a taste. Service was excellent, but little English language use. If you are just passing through, this place might be a good way to sample the local cuisine.

花巻市内が一望できる景色の良いレストランです。洋食ながら、ボリュームが結構あり、お値段もお手頃。オススメは大きく、やわらかで、脂の割合もちょうど良いステーキです。

いわて花巻空港の2階出発ロビーにあるレストラン。エスカレーターの前にあります。いわて花巻空港には、航空会社のラウンジやカードラウンジがなく、出発前に休憩できる場所は、このレストランしかありません。食事のメニューもいろいろあります。新しくきれいなレストランで、窓に面したカウンター席からは、岩手の風景がのぞめます。銀河高原ビールをおいています。
