We ate lunch here a few weekends ago. It was 1:30 p.m., very few other people eating in the restaurant, yet every single table was filthy. I found one table a little less disgusting than the rest, and wiped it off myself. Such a shame because this is a relatively new building.The food was decent. The new cool ranch taco was good. Service was just okay, not very friendly and it took a long time for our food to be done, considering it's a fast food restaurant!

This location is located inside the mall. There are quite a few unique places to eat surrounding it! I enjoyed the Hawaiian Torta. There are two different kinds of bread options. They will explain the difference to you if you ask! Sandwiches are large and delicious

Nice selection of food. Small "salad bar" off to the side to add your toppings.Only major complaint is when I visited there was no menu board with prices. Had a menu that was passed from the person waiting at the counter to the person next in line.

We got quesadillas that were blah... And expensive. They only asked what we wanted for meat, but didn't ask if we wanted anything else in them. Also no kids menu to opt for smaller portion for your child. Salsa tasted funny.. Cheese dip was the only thing that was actually really good! Staff was okay but not real friendly either. I'd pick somewhere else to go next time.

I don't think I have EVER waited so long for food...... after the wait.... I was hoping it would really be worth it..... Wrong....... Three of us each had two tacos. My daughter and I each had a drink. Our bill was over $40.My daughter thinks we were certainly over charged.....I certainly would NEVER go back.

Came in and stuck to the floor and then slid in patches. Salsa served with chips tasted like spaghetti sauce. Rice and beans had no flavor. Tamale had too thick of corn meal covering to taste filling. Enchilada was soggy but chicken was good. Burrito meat had good flavor but again soggy bottom so couldn't pick up and ate with fork. Chile relleno was really flattened and had parmesan which was odd but not bad. Shrimp crema had shrimp which was cooked perfectly but sauce really bland. It seemed like a greek or italian cook was in the back...?

From time we ordered until we left, service was lame, presentation of food and quality was under performance. Ordered soda, never got it, got water instead, chicken bone that wasn't seen until too late was in nachos, ordered ground beef burrito but got steak instead, management refused to take responsibility and when told bit into chicken bone that jabbed me in mouth, manager more less laughed and walked away without even saying sorry for our bad experience. Staff is better at night than mid afternoon. Very sad experience that could of been addressed differently.
