While visiting my aunt we decided to visit and enjoy some dessert and coffee. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the cakes looked amazing, although rather pricey. Upon making our way to the hostess, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait, but we could get takeout and sit outdoors in the courtyard. So we went that option. While waiting for our slices of cake, another woman walked in. I thought to myself she would have a long wait, but no, she was seated immediately. I might add that we are not young girls, but 72 and 60. However, we had on capris, shirts and both of us had baseball caps on. Apparently we were not dressed appropriately to be worthy of a seat. Needless to say, will not be back to this restaurant.Linda, We have been booked with reservations for a few months in advance. I am sure the woman who was seated had a reservation. If there is not a reservation, we would seat you at the next available table, which would have been a 45 minute wait time or shorter. We would never not seat someone if we had an available table. We love all of our customers and are grateful for each guest. We hope you return and we look forward to seeing you.

We have lived in Noblesville for 10 years and have heard people talk about Sid’s at work but never tried them. Mainly because I thought it was an over 21 bar only. It is actually has a family dining room in the back we found out yesterday when we stopped in for dinner.Menu is more variable than most bar places and even offers prime rib on the weekend. The appetizers menu is mouthwatering. We tried the cheese curds and I want to back just for those. All the food was excellent, service was a bit slow but very friendly, and overall it was a nice little place. Will definitely go back.Be warned though the sandwiches are huge especially the tenderloin.

Houlihan's

Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times familiar and other times adventurous and a laid-back modern setting, Houlihan's is a true original.

I’ve eaten here before, but this experience had an almost perfect dining experience. We were seated right away mid week. Our server approached within seconds of seating and went over some of the highlights. We both decided to do the Prixe fix menu. We had the avocado toast and house salad. The toast was delicious. For entrees we had the steak and the chicken sandwich. Both were good. We both had Creme Brûlée for dessert which was decent. Overall this was easy, pleasant, decent food at a reasonable price. If you’re in the area stop by. The only reason for the four vs. five stars is the fact that one of our orders had to be re-done. It was fixed within minutes....
