You can eat there with buffet, all in one you can eat...Lot of choice, and European food...Good atmosphere for family, and shops are not so far... Just In front of the railway!Good

Salvatore Cuomo is on 2F of a multi-level restaurant building directly in front of Himeji Station. The food is all prepared with the same Japanese precision and attention as an aorta surgeon.The [M size] Diavola 'Nduja (photo included) was a good start to add some much needed sustenance to the hangriness (Hungry+Angry) stemming from my belly but beginning to redirect my brain. I was more than surprised that it not only curbed my hungriness but completely satisfied my mouth's need to appease my grumbling stomach with a delightful "SHUT THE HELL UP!" Complimented with a glass of the house red (can you say 'BALLA!') it was a great pairing for a meal; much like an inexperienced hiker without a compass in Alaska and a brown grizzly.I left the restaurant more satisfied than Kanye West completing his writing of a baby names book. As far as delicious, moderate-priced woodfire pizza shops go, this is a perfect place in the midst of about 50+ restaurants within a block of Himeji Station.

Located high above the city square plaza across from the newer shopping mall; this is meant to be an upscale dinning experience featuring an extensive drinks menu and Italian leaning cuisine. There is an option of indoor or outdoor seating and both are a bit noisy. Seating on the balcony above the square can be noisy if there is a summer JPop show going on in the plaza below so keep this in mind. Other than that it is the perfect vantage point for crowd watching and catching the evening breezes.Portions are small and served family style which means sharing even smaller portions so it becomes more of a tasting experience. Food is well prepared though, what we had was very tasty- just very little of it, more than the food itself the cheese in it was filling. Service was slow. One addition to the wait staff would make a big difference as the two people on the floor were harried with a nearly full house. Try to order enough water for the table when you first order drinks because there are no refills apparently,no matter how nicely you ask.

In the lower ground floor of one of the shopping complexes. Was not really expecting much, but was proven very wrong!Everything is served with spaghetti, even the meat sauce, which should be served with penne rigate, but never mind about that small technicality!Had the clams and the chicken mix dishes. Service was efficient. Waitresses were a little unconfident due to lack of English, but no mistakes made. The clams were delicious and the pasta cooked perfectly.Highly recommended for authentic flavours. The Japanese copy food very well. I have lived in Italy and I know good pasta when I eat it.

Oltre al sushi in Giappone è famosa e ricercata la carne alla brace . Questo locale che si richiama ai bistrò francesi offre un menu diverso per cambiare un poco quelli più tipici locali come si vede nelle foto allegate . Ci siamo accomodati anche perchè la carta dei vini è ben fornita e perchè il locale era tranquillo e con sedute comode. Servizio efficiente ma eravamo praticamente soli e qualità del cibo ottimale per cottura ed abbondanza come pure il rapporto qualità prezzo .Se questa recensione vi è piaciuta, potete leggere le mie tante altre su Himeji, Tokyo, Kyoto, Kamakura, Nara, Osaka, Miyajima, Hiroshima e sul Giappone e un mi fa piacere un click su : à Utile?
