Its by far the best Chinese restaurant in Huizen. Real original Chinese, lots of specials, good quality and good service. Recently renovated it looks very trendy inside, but still offers exceptional good food at resonable prices

Had a chateaubriand for 2 and a desert. Very positively surprised given that the Le Beau Geste is in this mall town: meat was spot on, super tender, quality level of high class steak restaurants. Service very nice and at cause.
Relaxed atmosphere, cosy, bistro-style. Reasonable pricing (~€ 60 for two persons for chateaubriand, water and wine, one desert)
Bottom line: if you are looking for an easy but really good restaurant in Huizen, this can be your place.

The chef recognized us, gave us a nice table and despite the restaurant was full booked we were served without waiting long. The food was excellent and a bottle of Bernardus Chardonnay made the pleasure complete. We asked for a dessert what was not on the menu but without any problem we enjoyed the ginger with cream.

A really excellent meal in a gorgeous waterside restaurant, great staff, really friendly and pleasantly informal with excellent service, what more could you want? Well, definitely the best fillet steak I've eaten for a long while and my partner's hake was beautiful, full of flavour and we'd eat the meal all over again if we could. The setting right on the water's edge made the entire experience complete

Really enjoyed the location and the outdoor setting. We had a group of six, and everyone agreed that their meal was very good. Service was fast and friendly, they assisted us with all our questions, and provided excellent recommendations on both lunch options and drink options. Good selection of local beers, which were served nice and cold. We had an enjoyable lunch, thank you

On the day of "Sint Maarten" went to this Restaurant for some takeway food.
Ordered 2 pasta's (vongole and frutti di mare) and 2 pizzas.
The pizza's were fantastic! Felt, smelt and tasted like the real delicious pizzas in bella italia!
On the other hand, we were not that satisfied with the pasta's. Both were prepared the same just one with vongole and the other with frutti di mare.
Had not much flavor, not impressed with the pastas.

Here you get the best icecream in Almere. The icecram is locally produced according to an old recipe. You can choose from more the 60 different flavors of icecream. They also boast a wide range of milkshakes aswell.

The children loved the sole and potatoes and the pancakes and ice cream that followed. Service is attentive and friendly and the kids are incentivized to return with little silver florin coins they collect when you purchase a child sized dessert or meal and can be exchanged for souvenirs at a gift shop upstairs that I managed not to visit!

Was introduced by friends to this lively little place. Good parking facilities and a fantastic welcome. Plenty of staff and great menu choice. Overall very good service and the quality of the food is amazing. Pricing maybe for some people slightly above average but I think it’s definitely worth it.
Will definitely return.

Our Dutch hosts choose this restaurant for a special last night dinner, and an excellent choice it was.
The food was very good; the wine was excellent, and the service friendly. Our host did explain that the slow service is all part of the typical Dutch experience - we had learned that already in other restaurants.
It's not the cheapest - Euros 244.00 including about 12% service (not added on to the bill automatically) for four excellent meals with coffees or teas, and a very good bottle of white wine.
And the surroundings are very pleasant - view over fields with cattle grazing; heather and woods - bit like Scotland wi' nae braes (translation: no hills/flat as a Dutch pancake).
