Long time after we visited hotel G M Continental in Yamunanagar recently.Ordered our choice of wonton soup as then tandoori butter roti, amritsari fish, and yellow dal in butter with lot of fresh coriander and in the last my favourite vanilla ice cream float.Earlier then before, the food arrived on table with pleasant flavour and my temptation got activated. Taste was as fresh as ever. It was having no fault in preparation which requires expertise.The traditional tandoori roti was line dipped in butter with fresh flour fragrance all over with my favourite thin yellow dal with a dash of degi mirch in butter to savor my taste buds. Then the precious preparation of amritsari fish came. Grilled tenderly and quite satisfying as always. It was so fresh like caught moments before.The quality of food is always matchless and commendable at GMC and so is our favourite place and that's why the prices are reasonably more which counterbalance with the quality and everyone seeks quality.In the last, the finishing touch got the licking of Vanilla ice cream frozen like a glacier though not made by them but very nice.You may check the reality and let me if any deficiency is noticed.

This food joint serves nice and tasty food. We tries Chinese here which was good. Its like Desi Chinese taste. They also had good variety in North Indian food.
