Contemporary American Cuisine
We shared all of our dishes. We got here shortly after 5 and the place quickly filled. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. Wines by the glass were good and reasonably priced. The house salad was very good with the bacon vinaigrette. The filet mignon was delicious and all the sides were great also.Satisfying experience. Recommended.

A great dining experience! From innovative cocktails through starters, entrees and dessert, this was a truly wonderful evening. Service was helpful, efficient and informative as well. Farm to table fresh ingredients, blended together in unique combinations of flavor, and texture. Thank you, Matt, Rob & Lynn.

Another good dinner at the quechee club. Although very nice, the dress code only business casual which makes dining out easy. Waiter , Tyler was a pleasure. I Always enjoy dinner there

Great breakfast at the skinny pancake. Innovative use of crepes in a variety of dishes including breakfast burrito (total respect for black beans) and more straight forward scramble, bacon, and cinnamon crepe. Chai latte was good. Grocery store next door had great kombucha on tap. Stop by if you're in the area.

We enjoyed a very tasty dinner at this restaurant, with good service and attractive surroundings. My only quibble would be the somewhat noisy and rather ineffective window air conditioner, but it was just a minor annoyance in an otherwise fine evening.

Had the Vermonter; grilled turkey with apple slices, honey mustard, onion, Vermont cheese and lettuce. Fantastic. Wife had the same but in a wrap. Fries were great, crispy outside creamy inside. Only drawback was slow getting a soft drink refill, and after hiking the gorge I needed it. Nice stop. A little high but what restaurant at a tourist attraction isn't ? 32 bucks for lunch for 2 including tip.

Chef owned 8 room, Air B&B style, mini hotel located in the heart of Quechee, Vermont. !0 minutes to Woodstock, Norwich VT & Dartmouth Hanover NH. With its warm, unassuming ambience, our restaurant the Parker House Vermont is a modern, light-hearted appro
The food was excellent â hats off to the chef/kitchen. My husband thought the salmon was the best heâd EVER had. Flavorful, cooked correctly, delicious. The service was not what we expected for this nice of a place; they appeared to be understaffed. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation time and waited almost 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us, although several wait staff passed us in the entryway. Then a man, who turned out to be our waiter, asked us to wait until they went to clean off a table. After my husbandâs soup, I asked what the small bowl of oil and herbs was for on the table. Waiter replied âfor the bread,â and then realized he had not brought us any. It was delicious too, but was brought to the table after we had begun our entrees. Waiter also did not check regularly to replenish drinks. Sometimes it is the little things.Thank you so much for visiting! We are so happy you enjoyed the food and you are right we had a last minute staff emergency and which carried over into the evening service. We take service, hospitality and attention to detail very seriously and are disappointed we couldn't carry out our stellar service for which we are known. Hopefully you will be in the area again and we can take fantastic care of you and your group!

We had a very enjoyable lunch at Simon Pearce. The view was great, and the food was fantastic. Cheddar soup, chicken sandwich, and stuffed peppers were top notch. Couple that with a great view and 2 glasses of wine; what more could you want. Very relaxing.
