This is our second visit to Sushi a la vie. Our first time was in la louviere and due to no vacancies for dinner the evening we wanted to go we chose to drive a little further and try the one in Binche. Previously we had little success finding a really good sushi place until we tried Sushi a la vie in la louviere and since then we rate any other place we've been to against Sushi a la vie. The location in Binche, although not as modern and new with regards to the restaurant itself, did not disappoint on service and quality!The service was excellent and prompt and we were visited several times to ensure that everything was to our liking. We chose several items from the menu and did this three times before we declared that we could not eat another piece!. Both of these restaurant locations offer hight quality of sushi both in presentation and taste. Sushi a la vie is without a doubt the best place we have tried since we both moved to Belgium and will only eat there as we have been disappointed so many times when we have tried other places. Tempura, California rolls, crispy rolls, beef and cheese just to name a few that we had were amazing to say the least.If your looking for an enjoyable evening with great food, good atmosphere and great service we recommend you try either one of the locations. We guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

This was our second to this location and our third overall as they have another location in a nearby city.Staff are courteous and attentive as usual here and the décor is modern and clean.As for the Sushi and other treats this cant be beat! This is our go to restaurant when the craving for Sushi hits us. We have not had a bad meal here yet and we are inclined to order randomly off the menu so as to try as many things as we can. Having tried other Sushi places most notably in Brussels we have given up on these. Everything they make at Sushi a la Vie is amazing and you wont be able to stop.This is not a cheap restaurant though and you pay for the quality. For the two of us with 1 cocktail each it came to â¬107 which we find a bit expensive.They also clearly do a healthy take-out business as there was a steady steam of people coming to the counter to pick up their meals.This is highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.

Concept intéressant, le service à volonté pour 26,80 â¬, à part les boissons payantes et un dessert par personne. Restaurant assez grand avec beaucoup de places assises, déco sombre mais agréable, on nous apporte vite la carte des apéritifs, comme ils sont payants, ils ne sont aps donnés, prix chers pour la région, se rapprochant des prix de la capitale (8 ⬠pour une bouteille d'eau d'1l). On nous apporte la tablette et nous explique le fonctionnement, assez simple d'ailleurs, nous pouvons commander 5 plats par personne et ensuite attendre +/- 15 minutes pour pouvoir recommencer, comme le service est rapide nous n'avons jamais vraiment attendu. Un seul couac dans le service, pas très sympathique, fut que l'on n'a jamais reçu nos nouilles sautées, sur le nombre de plat et vu le nombre de tables servies, nous nous montrons magnanime. La qualité semble correcte pour du "à volonté" mais sans plus, le choix lui est pléthorique. Endroit bien évidemment bruyant et à recommander pour les grandes tablées.
