This restaurant has a nice beachfront location easily swim in the ocean before or after your meal. The food is good for a beachfront restaurant and their service is quite good they are very attentive. They provided a very nice Superbowl party with complimentary appetizers and the even a free dinner. Thank you Bocana.

Not as posh as some of the fine dining places along the Escenica but something nice about the smaller, cozy space. Friendly service. I thought they had an interesting menu and a good kitchen although the person I had dinner with was not as impressed by the food as I was (we ordered different things) and she would have probably only given them a 4 star rating but I had an enjoyable evening

This place is the seaside club house for 3 hotels. Never seen such bad management! The head of waiters is very good (Julio). Careful!! There is a waiter called Julio who likes to talk back! Seriously, you need some serious help!!! TERRIBLE service, over packed, if you want a kids club, you are in the right place! Relaxing in the pool and you have kids jumping on you. Want some shade??? Well, we are over booked. Bad, bad, bad! Under staffed! Under managed!TripAdvisor needs to see why there logarithms are not seeing this.

The atmosphere was fun, it felt like we were on a pirate ship. We ate dinner during sunset and it's an amazing view.The waiters were very attentive and pretty funny, they kept the drinks coming, pretty good selection of $2 us (40 peso) drinks. The food was pretty awful, most options were deep fried. We had the guacamole it was the best part!I had coconut shrimp, they were a very deep brown and heavy in grease. I peaked off most of the batter and got through it. It came with French fries and veggies. My husband ordered chicken Alfredo, it was lumpy noodles with a fried chicken patty.Next time we're in Acapulco we'd go back for drinks and skip the food, the atmosphere was worth it.

People love this place, and I have to say that after 2 visits for lunch, the reason for this still is a complete mystery. The setting is pleasant enough, I understand that their main business is selling booze on weekends, but the food is only just average, my husband's "sopes" were tasty, my friends steak tacos looked ok, but my chicken pasta was dry with extremely overcooked chicken strips which I managed to improve with hot sauce, cheese and some rather nice cilantro sauce that the waiter offered, presumably after seeing how un-appetizing the dish was. The service was mostly surly, sloppy and unprofessional, orders were mixed up, dishes were brought that hadn't been ordered and there was no sign that anybody was overseeing the operation.One would think that mid-week, off-season in an empty city, a table of regular locals would be looked after far better and it is precisely this kind of slap-dash, lazy attitude that has ruined so much of Acapulco and sent tourists, especially Americans, off to other resorts.

Si Senor didnât disappoint. It is celebratory and not an often picked location by tourists to Acapulco. Remarkably it continues to deliver good service, good food and great margaritas â all with enthusiasm. The view of Acapulco Bay and the city lights is among the best! Good prices and a great value. So leaving this review, I saw the "pretentious and not good" review from April. This restaurant is exceedingly good - both in the food, and priced in line or cheaper than the other high end restaurants in Acapulco. And through several visits, this level of excellence has been consistent, so I don't understand the negativity. Our service, helmed by Candido and supported by Carlos and Yonathan, was attentive and well paced for a relaxing dinner. From tasty pre-dinner cocktails to an incredible dessert, all was top notch. Yes the food is presented artfully - that is the point of going someplace that is trying to impress on you the effort they are making. But it does more than look the part - the tastes were fresh, interesting and unique. The highlights were the ceviche verde starter, the asada negro and the dulce de leche desert. All went well with a bottle from a wine list that had enough to provide choice but not be voluminous. Between the spectacular view, the service and the food, this restaurant rates as high as I can give it and them some. We made a reservation based on trip advisor reviews. Once we arrived we realized that this was not a restaurant we would enjoy. It was very noisy both indoor and outdoor seating. We ended up canceling our reservation in finding another place in the shopping mall. I find it difficult to believe that this is rated as high as it is. considering that it has a feel of a chain restaurant.You should give us a try! We can recommend you something from the menu or adjust something for you!
