Whenever I find myself traveling on Hwy 80 around lunch time this place is the perfect stop for a great meal.. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, the prices are great. This is part of a mini chain in East Texas that never disappoints. Try the Carne Asada... it is outstanding!

I love to stop at original dairy barns/marts in small towns on roads now replaced as major fairways by interstates. This place is still serving up good food but since it's it's Texas, it has some great Mexican food as well as burgers, fries and country fried steak!

We love the bbq here. It is really good, and the potato salad is homemade perfection. The service is fast and friendly. They also serve breakfast, but we haven't tried that yet.

I've eaten at the Feed Hut about six times since they opened. One time the brisket slices and ribs will be very good (juicy, smokey, and flavorful). The next time the brisket will be so dry you need to slather on a lot of sauce to get it down, and the ribs will just be chunks of pork that just plain aren't worth eating. The sides are usually very good, but that is little consolation when you are there for the meat.

Newly opened and very nice addition to Grand Saline. We had the Shrimp and Grits and the Shrimp Quesadillas, full of flavor and nicely presented. Service was friendly and efficient.

This place is incompetent! !! We tried to call in a large family order 2 times. Disconnected once and then could not take the order the second time. Ended up having to drive to the restaurant and place the order in person because they are incompetent of taking the order over the phone. Had coupon for .99 route 44 and they would not honor and stated that it was over and are doing their "own sell of $1. 29. If you have a coupon, don't worry, they won't honor it!!! Will not recommend this place.
