they had tons of pizza options but i had had too much pizza the past few days. the lovely gentleman manning the register invited me in the back to make sure the ingredients i wanted on my pasta would be ok...so, i know the kitchen is clean and my pasta was yummy. my husband's pizza was also good and they accommodated his request for more meat. lovely staff and indoor and outdoor seating options. don't forget to ask for your pizza to be sliced!Thank you for your kind words!

This is a very good breakfast restaurant for hotel guests, but for dinners I do not recommend my friends to go here. The interior in the restaurant is dark and not very pleasant and the food is not exceptional.

We found Strands at the beach front, just facing the beach club. It is a great place for a drink in the evening , before sunset. The view of the beach, sea and the sunsetting is amazibg. Music is by DJ. Service is good. Drinks are good.

Walking around fantastic Visby, getting hungry, and stumble in to this little restaurant called Bistro. From the outside it looks just like a regular place, but don't let that fool you.First they offer a big smile and a warm welcome, a different and curios menu that's thrilling to your taste buds, and a city scenery that relaxes you to enjoy the food you ordered. We went to have drinks at Clarions small terrace. My feeling is there was students making drinks in summer not so professional. Price level was anyway good. Drinks like I can do that myself.

This is a restaurant we try to afford when in Visby. We had the chevre for starters and the lamb for main course. The main course looks like it's not enough, but I couldn't make room for desert, so it was perfectly balanced. The staff was nice. We chose to sit indoors to come away from the sun. It was a bit hot indoors aswell, but it was a hot summer evening.

This culinary gem is serving family-style dishes of outstanding, inspirational quality. We had 8 of them and wished we could have tried them all. We heard that Gotland has great chefs - but we never would have thought to get this amazing food. The owner-couple could open a restaurant anywhere in the world and would be successful. And by the way: Leave room for the mouthwatering desserts.
