Staying at Broadbeach and needed to do some shopping and get some lunch , had read about Outback steak house so thought we would take a chance , best decision we have ever made .We both ordered steak ,mine the fillet my husbands rib eye without the bone with a spicy rub . Meals arrived , I cut a piece of the end to find it very rare ,both orders medium rare , the waiter was quickly there and at my request took the steak and left me with the rest , my steak appeared quite quickly and cooked to perfection .The whole thing was handled so well , top class staff . Let me also add that you have a choice of one side I chose the loaded potato and just loved it, also the best potato I have had . We could highly recommend it all . And we did not pay for water as I had previously read .Hello Sniggs! We are so happy that visiting Outback was one of the best decisions you have ever made! Found this place on the key ring of our holiday apartment. Had 25 % off. Family of 5 enjoyed our meal. Not a lot of choice for the non adventurous teenager but still a lovely meal. Large range of drinks to choose from.

Came here with a business colleague. Service was great. Steak was excellent. It was very quiet for lunch however, which was surprising given the quality of the food.

Dined here with my son on our first night in the Gold Coast, thoroughly enjoyed the meal.We each had the 350g Rib Fillet (Rib Eye to us UK diners), shared some fries, some of the gorgeous Paris Mash (1/3rd potato, 1/3rd Cream, 1/3rd Butter), broccolini, a Bearnasie sauce and a pepper and brandy sauce. It was all absolutely excellent.
