Just had lunch with wife. Salmon was overcooked and not fresh, asian vegetables soggy. Coconut prawns overcooked not fresh, chips caked in salt had to scrape off to eat, salad drenched in too much dressing. Not impressed prices for lunch in high range not cheap. only thing good is the view.

Family of four had a lovely breakfast at the cafe. The Breakie Burger was fantastic and the banana and cinnamon smoothie was also excellent. Lovely view and great coffee. Mthe food and prices are alright here but the service is beyond appalling.They wanted to sit us infront of open windows at 8pm in winter so we chose to sit outside. Because we seated outselves (which previously has been ok to do) they did not want to serve us and told me i had to line up and have them sit me (note no other customers waiting to be seated).My trip prior to this in June - they had plenty of booths but could not seat a party of 10 for about 20 minutes. We asked to sit in 2 booths and were told this was not allowed.I then said that we are 2 parties anyway and would like to be seated as 2 parties (family of 6 and family of 4) and were told this too was not allowed. We ended up making our own tables up outside around heaters and getting them to serve us.A business that will no doubt go bankrupt as they have no interest in customer service!!!Appalled and disgraced at what a business thinks is appropriate!Hi Suwati, we appreciate all feedback and use it as a tool for our continual development. I am really sorry if our staff appeared inflexible, but I need more information about the day & time - so I can review the staffing & bookings. Will definitely go back. Started with very reasonably priced drinks from the bar, then excellent service, great menu choices which included cheaper lunch specials options and nice view of Broadwater. Our meal portions were generous as were others around us. (roast of the day half a chook and loads of roast veggies). No soggy salads here, nice dressing and in a separate large bowl with Grand chook meal. Big serve of beef ribs and buffalo wings with very tasty BBQ sauce glaze with chips and nice salad on plate. Relaxed atmosphere, very busy but not noisy, excellent service. Thanks Bridgette.

Will be back. Great food and drinks. But the service was even better. Treated us excellently and this is why I will be back. Also prices were very reasonable. Do yourself a favour and check it out.

Had lunch here while shopping at Harbour Town. Service is very good and the staff are pleasant. Food was excellent - great serving sizes. My husband said it was the best hot dog since Venice Beach in America. I had the angus beef burger - it was divine and those fries are to die for.

My wife and I dropped the kids to Kids Club and went out for a couples night. The venue did not disappoint. Firstly, the decor was great. A âBatmanâ theme, but not over the top. So, initial mood was a thumbs up. Wait staff were attentive but not in your face. Then the food ... excellent. My wife got the rump cap and was well pleased. I got the slow cooked Wagyu brisket. Iâm a big fan of great American BBQ. While Gotham is nothing like a Southern BBQ joint (in a very good way), it captured the soul of BBQ in a sophisticated way. Loved it. We also got the Caesar Salad entree. Both wife and I enjoyed this. Nothing over fancy, but done well.

Beautiful location, plenty of parking underground, friendly staff. Good atmosphere and even a wine list that is not pretentious nor expensive. Upmarket but misses the mark slightly. Oysters were good, but we had about 4 steaks and for the money $42, it wasnât up to it in terms of flavour and tenderness. Still it wonât stop us from coming back.

A group of10 of us went to Dublin Docks for dinner last night. Whilst the place was busy and the queues very long, the service could do with another person on to assist. Once the order was placed the meals came quickly. Well the wait was worth it as the food was delicious. the steaks superb and the snapper beautiful.
