Beautiful kibbutz, but very mediocre accomodations
Reviewed By Zelig KThe kibbutz is gorgeous, but the accommodations fall very short of the mark. I was there with a large group. A very friendly person met the bus and assured us that we could find out rooms via posted signs. Not even close. People were walking around, dragging their suitcases wondering where our rooms were. When I eventually found mine, I noticed that there was no desk or chair inside, although it was was large enough to easily accommodate one. So, I dragged a small, but heavy wood table and the ubiquitous Israeli plastic chair just outside my door inside the room, so I could do some work. The room was just adequate with the nicest part being the shower. However, the tiles were incredibly slick when wet. I am amazed that no one from our group slipped while in the shower. There was no room safe, which should be standard in hotels now. I tried to connect to a number of very strong wifi hotspots, but was unable to on my computer, my tablet and my phone. After 30 minutes of futility, I went to the office to see what the problem was. I was told that someone would come to my room within 30 minutes to help me. After one hour, when no one showed up, I went out. Later that night, the only way I could get on line was thorough a very weak hot spot. Same thing the next morning. The next night, the strong hot spots were finally working. No one ever came to my room as promised. As far as breakfast, the best I can say about it was that it too was mediocre. I will never return and will recommend that friends traveling in the Golan find other accommodations. It is really a shame. As I said, the place is beautiful.

Reviewed By YadinKatzMy girlfriend and I had just recently stayed at the Pundak Guesthouse and had an amazing time. The owners are a kind and extremely helpful couple and the facilities were everything we hoped for. Beautiful surroundings and relaxed vibes. Definitely going back.

Reviewed By MarcB4992מאוד רחוק בלשון המעטה ממה שמוצג בחוות דעת של אורחים קודמים. סוזנה אומנם אישה חביבה ויש אמנם ג'קוזי בחדר (אבל זה לא אמור להסוות הכל ). המקום מוזנח, לא מתוחזק ולא נקי בפרט בתקופה רגישה זו. יש מטבחון משותף לשתי יחידות כאשר אין אפשרות לבשל בחדר. המטבחון ממש לא נקי. יש בו המון דברים מיותרים שמעלים אבק בתוספת הדי בישולים. פינת האוכל גם משותף ובסה"כ נקי ונעים אבל אם יש עוד זוג שמתארח במקום יש בעיה של פרטיות. סוזנה חייבת לשמוע את האמת ולהפסיק לחשוב שכל הסיפורים היפים של אורחים מנומסים כותבים. יש לעשות חריש עמוק במקום ע"מ לתת לאורחים שלה תחושת הנאה של ממש.

Perfect break from stay at home during Covid
Reviewed By scizinWe had two lovely cabins with complete privacy and plenty of outdoor space to spread out, soak in the water and bbq on the camp-style well-equipped grill. The location is perfect for hiking on the Golan, Hula Valley and swimming in the Kinneret. Arik is an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed including plenty of Nespresso, fresh towels and advice on local restaurants and attractions.

In the middle of everything!
Reviewed By OrenvilWe've been here at the early if January. It was a huge storm in Israel, that's effect the whole country with rain and snow. Nice place to stay for planning your trip along the Golan Heights. The views are fabulous, expecially during the winter.
