My first visit to a 'chick-fil-A and I was pleasingly surprised. The food was very good and reasonable in price. I had the chicken bbq sandwich with honey and bacon...mmmmm and an 8 pc nuggets with bbq sauce. Good place to take the whole family.

We had been traveling for 2 days. We were almost home and decided on kfc. Service was fast. Normal taste for kfc and price reasonable. I think exactly what u expect.
We wandered into this place while visiting the area. Saw a sign for a Friday special, "All You Can Eat Fish" for $8.99. We went in and discovered the best cooking I have been around in years! Fresh, Fresh, Fresh catfish. I ordered a side of fried okra and it was at least 3 cups full! Everything was wonderful, then a gentleman customer kept telling us to try the Peach Cobbler. OMG it melted in your mouth. I am known for my cooking but I do declare this was even better than mine! Besides that the waitress was so attentive, even running to front door to help elderly customers to their cars! Heck we aren't elderly but she insisted on holding door for us too!
When it's time to eat some fish in Fort Valley I choose to eat with a local friend . The fish n chicken is what I ordered and it was some of the best tasting fish I had in quite some time. Every time I come here it is never to busy to bring a group with you to have a good time eating

The setting is a 1903 passenger train depot that has been brought back to life. It is very casual and full of character. You order at the counter and then the food is brought out to your table, where you can enjoy the sounds of passing trains. We greet al

This place is only open six days a month. The first and third weekends.Time is 3-9pm on those days. If you're not there by 5pm, you won't have anywhere to park. It's that popular!!

West of I-75 Exit 142
Best stop for fresh produce. Plenty of parking. It is a few miles off the exit but well worth the stop. I even decided to have lunch this time. Country fried steak delicious & oh my gosh fresh peach iced tea. What an amazing taste. Skip the peach fritter though. My question where were the peaches in this fritter?! Not good at all. The produce was fabulous. Fresh peaches and my they were delicious. I purchased fresh peach jam. Also got pecans for myself & friends. Always fresh. 1 of my favorite items is the creamy Vidalia dressing. The best on a salad. I also got fresh corn that was so sweet & delicious. I, of course, got some Vidalia onions & tomatoes. All staff here are so pleasant. They have old farm equipment that children can sit on. Lots of rocking chairs on the big front porch. Felt refreshed when I left and ready for the rest of my trip. I have stopped at others but none compare to Lane.
