We love Seafood! Captain D's is right down the road from us so it's very convenient. When we decide to eat here, we always dine in because we don't like the food when it gets cold. They always have good $4.99 specials and I really love the grilled seafood. This Captain D's went through a new renovation last year and it was very nice. If you dine in you get real plates and silverware! Nice Touch! I notice they are always hiring. They Really do need people who care! If you go dine in now after 7pm, you have to eat out of styrofoam to go boxes, beg for sauce, plastic ware, tea or anything else. I literally thought the cashier Aydiasint and her helper Aryah were going to have a meltdown when we said Dine in, so much so watched them make our food so they didn't do any funny business to it. She had to get my salad out of a back cooler, so I didn't eat it. She was that upset. I asked what time they closed, she said at 10? The manager gave our food to the drive thru to move it along. We were there almost an hour and a half. We went again about 7:45 another day. Again, served in Togo boxes, everything put up. I know like any job, you want to get a start on closing, but that's way to early! They really need some good management in this location. Some other customers left their styrofoam plates on it he table when they left. One of the girls asked us if they had left. We said no one has been there since we were here. She actually walked to the parking lot looking for them! What's she going to do? Drag them back in and make them clean their table? She just threw it on another table for the guy employee to clean. If I were this franchise owner I'd be Really upset! We will keep going back just because of its convenience and seafood. My husband said we will just insist on the proper service. We will be watching our food preparation though! I hope some kind of management steps in and fixes it.
