I was pretty excited about my visit. The food was good but I was disappointed. The spicy barbeque shrimp appetizer was good however i found it to be on the low end of spicy to my liken. I was anticipating a much spicier sinus clearing dish. I would order it again but request to turn up the heat. The shrimp were very good. I chose the Jambalaya and this was disappointing as it was extremely dry. Shrimp was good and the sausage was good. I avoided the chicken as the first chunky I ate was full of gristle and I just placed it on the side dish and ate no more chicken. It was extremely dry. It was tasty. As I just looked at my receipt I saw that I was charged $18.99 but on the menu on their web page it says $14.99. So that adds to the disappointment. My service was really great. The server was very attentive. As a note the security guard walking around the location I assume is a good thing but from being out of town was concerning. I thought the location was open till 11 but realized they were closing early when the server apologized that the unsweetened tea had been thrown out. I was offered soda or water neither do I drink. Time to leave. Thanks, We appreciate you taking the time to review your experience

In Atlanta for a meeting. Checked Trip Advisor for restaurants. The Corner Grill has some good reviews and is close to the hotel near the airport. Clean, warm atmosphere. Friendly efficient staff. Amazing food and beautiful presentation! Pork chop was the best ever. The lemon pepper chicken has a wonderful balance of flavors.

The Juicy Crab

Second time here.., it was Super Bowl weekend so I knew it would be super crowded. I was shocked when we were told the wait time would only be 20 minutes.., actual wait time was almost 40! We were seated at a tiny two person table, and it was very tight but we didn’t want to start off complaining. However, it became a problem once we saw about 5 parties of two who came in after us being seated in booth! Waitress was pleasant and attentive, food came out in a decent time. But there was like virtually no room on the table. We had them take away buckets, condiments, etc just to try to make space. Eventually my cousin asked about being seated in a booth (fee empty ones) but the server said we’d end up with a new server, section, etc so we decided to skip all of hassleandsrick to the cramped table. Some of my crabs were still cold inside, but again I wasn’t really in the mood to complain or wait to have them reboiled. I had the blue claws.., they weren’t as good as the ones I had a few months ago, that could be due to the season though. I’ll give this location another try in a month or so as it’s the only one that seems to sell blue crabs.
