I did not have such a good experience, waiter inexperienced on the menu, table sticky and not cleaned properly, waited long for food and eventually when food was delivered it was cold. Too many waiters at the door to accost you as you come in. Intimidating for someone not liking crowds. Interior is decent, cappuccino is nice. Our waitress Michelle was efficient and friendly. Not too crowded for a Sunday afternoon. WiFi working fast for a change. Was hankering for a waffle. I was invited to a 50th birthday dinner at the restaurant. Very easy to find and secure venue. The setting of the restaurant is stunning especially during sunset. The restaurant is in an old farm home so lots of space and little private rooms for a meal.The service is great and very friendly. The wine cellar is good but wines are expensive (minimum 200% higher than Makro wine prices).The menu option for starters, mains and deserts are really great...not a full menu though.We shared a chicken liver starter which was prepared well and the plating was poor to average...so i will go with the taste. For mains we had a fillet with sweet potato mash, and my son ordered a salmon medium to rare and came very well done.The plating was very poor for a restaurant that sets itself as fine-dining. The taste was average and the price was over the top.Not a place i would visit again,.

I love this establishment. I've been there so many times and I have never had anything short of great service; even if its just for a quick drink at the bar. Great for lunch or dinner; the place is really awesome with its Jack Daniels theme; although many other brands readily available. I have hosted small and large groups here and its always been a blast. Small family dinners have also always been great.

Great choice on the menu, with large portions and surprisingly very reasonable prices. Large restaurant with seating downstairs outside, or upstairs inside.I like the idea of the salad bar which is included with each meal. Good service by knowledgable staff.Obviously great for steaks, which are huge, and again very good pricesI apologise for not responding before, it seems the "warning" system when a new review is posted isn't working perfectly! Really enjoyed my visit to Turn ' Tender Jean Avenue Centurion . Staff are really sociable and enjoy a banter with their customers. Buhle Comran I believe manager was just great and encouraged us to cone back which we would do given time. Florence our waitress was great and looked after us get well. First Fillet steak i have ever had on the bone which was delicious Looks a good chain if this visit was the norm

a group of old friends booked and joined for a lunch. from our arrival we were received by a well organised staff. service was good a and we all ordered meat dishes and was of an aceptable standard and quality. My dish was excactly as orderd and very enjoyable. After some beers and wine we all left having had a wonderful time with some old friend.

We booked a week ago for 25 people for a.mothers day Lunch at 1pm. We arrived at 12.30pm and were informed that our table was not ready by the "sic" Manager as people who booked for breakfast were not finished.We then waited till around 13.45 and after numerous request for the "sic" manager to assist we were forced to leave. it was an embarrassing situation and we had 10 mums in our party. The manager refused to give us any details of his seniors or the owners. He was not equiped to manage the situation. There were a few other guests who also left after facing a similar situation. It is sad that this establishment has such unprofessional people managing it.Miroshni Naidu0837833233Dear sir, we have investigated your complaint. Although the restaurant was fully booked and the breakfast guests were overrunning their time on your table (which you have booked for lunch), our restaurant manager offered you an alternative table, together with a bottle of wine on the house, all of which you have refused to accept. We have received complaints from our restaurant staff as well as other guests regarding your verbally abusive and disruptive behaviour, all of which happened whilst our staff was trying to accommodate you. Our restaurant manager also provided you with the business card of the business and you are welcome to contact us directly should you wish to bring any other matter to our attention.

What impressed me most about this Spur was the attentiveness of the manager, ever enquiring but not overbearing. The spur is a small one and the staff friendly and efficient.
