My wife and I visited this place for lunch, the service was good and the atmosphere great.We ordered our drinks which arrived in good time and we preceded to order our two dishes. We ordered the mini burgers and a place of ceviche....it took over 50 minutes for us to get our food and they never came to ask us if we wanted anymore drinks...The one good thing is that the food did taste very good. Mr Mougle, we sorry about the delay in your order, probably that day was something out of our control. We are glad you enjoyed your experience in Jaco Blu, and hope you come back soon with your wife and have a really good time. Thank you very much for your comment.

The menu is exciting but the food is disappointing. Mushrooms in my dish were clearly from a can. No flavour. It was obvious the ingredients were not fresh. Overally I think if they get a real chef and proper kitchen staff this place could be great

I ordered 2 burgers by whatsapp, 30 minutes later, they were delivered to our nearby hotel. The burgers were still hot and the taste was awesome, just excellent! I really can recommend this very special Casa Vegan. Ich habe 2 Burgers per whatsapp bestellt, innerhalb von 30 Minuten wurden diese bereits zu unserem nahe gelegenen Hotel geliefert. Die Burgers waren wunderbar warm und der Geschmack schlichtweg herrlich. Also wirklich sehr, sehr empfehlenswert.Thank you so much Lisa! Hope you're back again soon! Cheers!

This restaurant was in a perfect spot which was right next to the beach and they had tables on the sand so you can have drinks. There service was really quick and the staff was really friendly and made sure your order was perfect. What a rip off paid $70 for my family to eat the left over frozen food, it was so bad that after a full day surfing i couldn't even eat it. I would have preferred to eat white bread that feel in the sand.

We ate at Bosque Del Mar for dinner on Jan 25, 2016. The location is the most attractive dining spot on Playa Hermosa since you sit in an open air restaurant with clean tiled floor and linen on the tables, yet right beside the beach and sand with full ocean and sunset views.Everything about our experience was first rate, from the clean attractive atmosphere to the attentive service and simply delicious food. We were a group of four adults dining together. I started with an avocado and shrimp salad - wow - so fresh and delicious. I then had the ahi tuna entree which the kitchen prepared with sesame seeds since I asked for this addition. The tuna was absolutely delicious. All four of us ordered different meals and everyone enjoyed every bite. We would rank this restaurant as #1 on the beach.Playa Hermosa is an extraordinary location. Our group of four travel extensively and have visited many beach destinations. Playa Hermosa is a stretch of beach about one mile long and shared between local residents and tourists alike. The beach never got crowded and even fewer people seem to use the southern end so if you want tranquility, you will find it here. We were fortunate to find a condo unit to rent that stepped right onto the beach (Sol Y Mar). There are at least 4-5 very good restaurants and bars right along the beach front which allows you to take a very pleasant walk along a gorgeous beach to your dining destination. This aspect of Playa Hermosa made it one of the most memorable experiences of our week in Costa Rica. No worry about having a few drinks at dinner when you can simply follow the stars home!

Went to dinner at the Lemon Zest on our last night in Jaco. Was not disappointed. It's menu consists of more of an international flavor rather than typical Costa Rican meals. They offer a variety of seafood, beef and chicken as well as options for vegetarians. Our group ran the gamut of each. All of us were very pleased with our meals. Excellent taste and size. It's not the cheapest restaurant in Jaco but worth the cost if you want something a little extra special.

One of my favorite restaurant's in Costa Rica's Central Pacific area of downtown Jaco Beach, the Green Room has always offered incredible specials for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. ONe of the best offers is their special 3 slider offer with 3 beer samples on Mondays for $10.50 tax included! It is a joy to behold when your waitperson brings it to your table, and your choices are endless. Highly recommended for their food, ambiance, live and music, and super cool vibes. Great prices on everything, including their large draft beer selection.

Vista Hermosa Restaurant looks like any other restaurant for from the road; however when you walk inside you get spectacular views in a great, bar / restaurant setting. We had a selection of dips with tortillas and for mains, I had a FABULOUS shrimp with rice. The Pina Colada was superb and the choice of beers were amazing. The tuna (my husband's choice) was the most amazing cut of Tuna I've ever seen. The flavour was just utter freshness. Service was excellent and as mentioned, the views were just what any beach lover needs to cure the soul. Highly recommended - I don't usually do restaurant reviews (mostly only hotels) however Vista Hermosa Restaurant deserves a mention. If you are passing between Manuel Antonio and the airport or the Arenal area, it's a very convenient stop off.
