Reviewed By amit2311it was not good experience. the walls are not properly painted. bedsheet was dirty. first they offered deluxe room instead of super deluxe. i told them to give another room. Food and staff service is good. They showed on goibibo that the room heater is available, but it was not. hot water is coming only between 7am to 10am. overall i am not satisfied.

Terrible stay
Reviewed By SureshdeenanStayed for 3 nights here from 26th 29th of April. Rooms are badly maintained. Carpets smell. A/C does not work. During the three days of my stay, the restaurant A/C did not work and they did not even bother to keep few pedestal fans. Internal phones dont work too. Towels are dirty. Bed linens smell. The electrical switch boards including the key holder is stuck to the wall with tapes. Door locks are with tapes. I could see extensive use of BOPP tapes everywhere to control the damages. If Some one from Sarovar is reading this, please note that this is not expected out of your brand. Please do something immediately. I am not going to stay here again(Though my company has a tie up with this hotel) unless there is something drastically done to improve this hotel. It is really in sorry state of affairs.

It is a pet friendly resort and the staff members are well dressed, well mannered and very co-operative. The restaurant and the cafeteria inside the resort provides different lip smacking cuisines.The rooms are spacious and the soothing lights and chandelier brightens up the relaxing mood. Bathrooms are clean and all necessary toiletries are provided. Evenings inside the resort can be a stress buster with a cup of hot coffee as it has a great view covered by the palm trees, and a lovely swimming pool and soothing dim lights. Overall, Quality Inn Palms can be a perfect spot if you are planning for a stay with family or friends with absolute safety.

Today we got very much disappointed because, it was not Gujarati Thali at all. THEY SERVED US SAMOSA, KHANDVI, MAKKI KI ROTI, SARSHUN KA SAAG, ONION CAPSICUM, CHOLI KI SABJI & POTATO KI SABJI. DAAL, KADI, PURI, CHAPTI & RICE. MALAI BARFI & SIRA(SOIJI without a single dryfruits, atleast I didn't get one), Chas. Now it's peak winter. There was no Bajra ki roti, Undhiyo, Arhadiya or ghau ni ladoo. Now please anyone can tell me, iscit Gujarati Thali at all?
