My espetada was dry, even though I ordered medium rare. Food was uninspiring.The staff were friendly, but this did not make up for the raucous noise from the other patrons that drove us out of our original seats.I think you shooed have complained,by asking for the manager or the owner, that is always in store, but for customers that made noise, it was a birthday, and we do not discriminate. Please accept my apologies as i was not informed, we always put customers first and make an point to please,we do carry only the best in meat, so please note, if your meal is not to your liking please ask for management to assist and rectify.. Thank you for your input.

Whow, we truly enjoyed our meal here. We were a large gruop of 21 travelleres who arrived unanounced at the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they quickly arranged seating for all of us at the Ocean basket next door. We were then advised that we could order from either their menu or that of the Ocean Basket. Most in the group opted for the meals from Brazza. The service was fast, friendly and not one person was unhappy with their meal. The food was delicious. Well done to all at Brazza and the Ocean Basket.

Although the setting is lovely and staff were friendly, they had no chicken available.We ordered but was told 30 minutes later that they had sent someone to the shop to buy some chicken, and this "someone" is taking long to come back.The wine we ordered of the menu was also not available, and had to do with second choice.

I have eaten at Margaritas last week with family. Amazing steak- many chefs have disappointed by overcooking my steak. Not at Margaritas.There is apparently a special offer every Tuesday. Where there's a 2-for-1 on certain steaks. Highly recommended and unbeatable value. Their other dishes are also great!

We often stay overnight in Bloemfontein and always make sure we eat at the New York Restaurant..The New York Restaurant was recommended by the owner of the bed and breakfast where we stay. This is an elegant dining experience. The service is excellent and the table appointments and decor are elegant. The menu is varied and the food is well prepared and presented. Well worth a visit.
