August 23, 2020 Kelli Reichel

Find out what Diner restaurants to try in Bloemfontein. Roughly translated as "fountain of flowers," Bloemfontein is known as the City of Roses, both because of the abundance of the blooms throughout the city and the annual festival dedicated to the flower. As the seat of the South African Supreme Court, the city is the judicial capital of the country as well as the provincial capital of Free State. Several sports teams and stadiums also call the city home, and its many museums outline the history of the region.

Poor overall service, the waiter did not offer any drink refills, and was eager to clear the table asap even though the place was empty, most food options are overpriced, except for a few salads, the food is really only junk. A very good place to meet. People meet here to catch up, discuss business or just to relax after shopping. Coffee gets 100%. Treats gets 100% but be prepared to take a while to reach a decision on what to order I had Milktart eventually. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee area is small and very busy all the time. Expect some waiting time but use that time to browse and buy eats and treats to take home. Freshness should be their motto. Thanks for a memorable visit.
