Went for family Dinner and it was just fantastic.
Best experience is to select the matching wine menu; they do a fantastic job creating a complete experience between food and wine.
Some of wines on the menu did not taste fantastic alone but were fantastic together with the food.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to enjoy each dish separately.

Friendly staff gave us good service outside (we had a smoking friend with us), and blankets kept us outside until we left. Rich menu, we chose a selection of tapas and they where in the high-end of what I expected. Some of the standard tapas dishes was given a slightly different form, with better versions than you get on a ordinary tapas pub.

The service is personal and friendly, and the food is homemade and delicious, and not that expencive. I especially enjoy the pasta dishes. It's easily the best restaurant in Fredericia for a relaxed evening out with your friends.

We had the buffet, on the street side of the restaurant. There is plenty of space, the table settings are top quality, food very good indeed, self-serve meant no going short if you were hungry, wine was a decent enough bottle of Chilean merlot, and the service was as helpful as could be. What's not to like? Well one could wish for the price to be a little less, but this is Denmark!

A cozy spot for lunch. Magnificent hamburger, piled with bacon and greens, on a crispy seeded bun, with perfect fries and a beer. Enough to dispel my rainy day blues. Dinner menu looks very promising too. Host was congenial and I had a pleasant visit!

Had a few nice IPA beers here. They have many choices on the tap and from the barman I got to taste several in a small glass first to be able to make a decission. very good service.

Second time I'm staying at Postgaarden. It's like a flash from the past, like what my grandma's house used to be like. Old furnitures and very special decoration. Don't be fooled thou, the beds are very comfortable and shower modern. This time I stayed in room 63 on 2nd floor. Last time I got a suite!!

Quite high quality and varied running sushi at a reasonable price.
Waiters will take individual requests without extra cost. Good a la carte as well. 3 standard Japanese beers on the menu.
Good be more authentic in the decor and atmosphere, but the value for money is really good and waiters are helpful.
Recommended and will come back.
